Good Morning People,
It's a beautiful morning here on the pond
I was feeling "wobbly" yesterday whilst watching the Tadpoles and Mr Frog break into some Easter Eggs, and I nearly gave up. So I thought it might be a good idea to hop on the scales this morning to see if I'd lost anymore....
and I've gone from 20st 1lb on May 5th 2011 to...13 st exactly
Which means I've lost 7st 1lb
and am quite pleased with thatand my BMI has gone from 46.8 down to 29.4. Yipee
Can't wait to be 12st something! It's given me the encouragement I need not to be a greedy fat frog this weekend and stay with the plan.
"The book" says I should be 9st ideally as I'm 5ft 5" (it says anywhere between 8st and 10st) but in reality that's another 4 stone and I think I'd be way too skinny. I'm a size 12 jeans now and some of my tops are a 10 (well, alright, one of them, but one of them is a 10!!).
Anyway hope everyone has a good Easter, I'm really enjoying reading all the posts on here as they keep me going even if I don't post back every week.
xxx
Well done you!
I'm another one who will be setting a target that suits me - not what the book says......
I'm 5'4" and anything less than 10 stone will make me look like I have an eating disorder! I haven't set my target yet but I am giving it some serious thought...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

Well done Froga!!! I was 10st and I'm 5ft4 and looking back I was super slender even though I felt over weight. It was a good weight for my height.
Right I'm going to post on here regularly I did well when I did that, it kept me feeling motivated.
I did do red/green days but need to try and include more fruit and veg now, so going to try extra easy.
There is no way I can stomach fruit/veg early morning but if I have a banana about 10.30 will that count as my 1/3 plate of fruit/veg with my brekky? (and my toast for brekky as usual)0 -
Don't usually post my food but thought I'd better write it down so I can keep track!
Using an A for milk in tea/coffee
Coffee
1 horrible weetabix(1/2B), yoghurt(1/2), nana, tea
Coffee, 1 slice bread(1/2B), 28g low low spread(1/2A), 2 slices ham(1)
Quorn chilli, rice, cheese(B)
Used 2B and 1.5 A and 1.5 syns so far.
Have bought some curly wurlys, 3 packs for £3 in asda:D And I have discovered low low cheese spread, why did no one tell me how tasty it is! Also bought some non horrible weetabix:oThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Why not still do G/R days but try and do the 1/3 SF thing on them. That's what I do:) Gives you your extra A/B too which I like. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Not a bad thought!(do like my A's!)

I must admit I struggle with extra easy. Instead I'll generally do a green day and maybe use one of my B choices for a little meat. Or I'll do a mix to max.The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

well ive just been offered a new job that is behind a desk, so im kind of wondering how that will affect my WI's in future.
so far today, ive had
B- 1/2 fruit salad carton
L - meant to be mussels but dont have time, so cheese (HEA) on toast (HEB) with butter (2 syns) and a handful of strawberries
D is yet to be decided since im working at 6. maybe more fruit and a curly wurly...
does anyone know what time mr T is open to today? or is it the same opening hours as usual?I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!0 -

congratulations on the job offer :T
and re how it might affect your weight: it really depends how 'on the go' your current lifestyle is and if you'll have time to squeaze in some exercises around the new job... AND if you really want it and will enjoy ithope you find the best way for yourself
T opening times seem to be the usual Friday ones but you can check online if you're unsure
I'm off to make some meringue nests  ice cream moved to fridge as frozen solid0
