Shellie that is AMAZING:eek: I've never heard of such an enormous loss. Well done you! You must be stunned!:j:T

WI for me this morning and I lost 1lb. So although I ate off plan a bit because I was out of sorts it must have balanced out as I didn't have any wine syns for a whole week:eek: I'm now 0.5lbs under my target range so can have an easy week coming up. I've got my badge for being a diamond (target for a year) member. I don't know where I'll be wearing it but it's the thought that counts.;)

Had my usual WI breakfast (Puffed Wheat and banana) but we're out to lunch and I'll be a good girl and eat everything my friend puts in front of me!:D
  • Morning all.. 1lb off for me this week.. I would have liked a little more - but I was feeling a bit off for a few days last week and did not have much of an appitite - so i believe that a few days I did not eat enough!

Only 3 more pound to get to target - which I set at half a stone lighter than I was when I got pregnant... when you consider I put on almost 3 stone during pregnancy - I am really happy with my progress!! My little girl is 16 weeks today!!

I had a bad day yesterday - but I allowed myself a flexi-day - and back on the SW zone today.. took my older daughter (10) on a trip to the beach with her cousin - last trip of the summer - and allowed myself to enjoy a picnic, ice-cream cone and fish & chips on the way home!

Loads of Super Speed free's for me today!!

Hope everyone else is having a good week.. well done on all the losses this week - and good luck to those that need to still WI.

Wow!! shelliehollie thats AMAZING!!!! whatever you were doing, keep it up! thats fantastic!:j:j:j:j:j

So far ive managed to keep to the plan i had set out, i had my melon for breakfast and a nectarine on my way to work. Lunch is a small w/m bap with extra light mayo (1/2 syn), mixed cherry tomatoes, 1/2 an egg sliced up, cucumber and lettuce, and i have a fresh fruit salad for afters, and a ML toffee yoghurt if i need a sugar kick.

Dinner tonight will be some left over vegetable soup with something - havent decided what to put with it yet (if anything) and then im going to grab some strawberries on the way home and have them with some grapes i think. (until i change my mind and eat a different fruit instead)

I know this is me and my little miss impatient head, but does anyone know how long it takes for the SE to start kicking in? lol im my own worst enemy sometimes.:D
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

  • Hi all, I'm back again after a long break since February! I'm now the heaviest I've ever been, partly due to not being at work for most of this year. I'm determined to be organised and stick to this, I've taken lots of measurements and a few photos this morning ready to chart my progress - I read somewhere that the more statistics you track, the better you feel and see your progress (or lackof!). Will be doing extra easy mostly so my boyfriend can eat with me (he needs to lose too).

Well done to all the weight losses in here today.

Son got his part way GCSE results today so for once have had something positive to look forward to. Walked into town about a mile to distract him and went to a cafe to eat before he went into school so today is a backwards day meal wise.

B, jacket pot, tinned toms and side salad,
L, Beans on toast, bowl of strawbs and rasps.
T, ham and egg salad, an apple
    Hea is milk for coffee.

    No syns planned yet.

    welcome back phycho :j

Why is it, when its absolutely lashing, we want stodgy food? Like right now im in work (supposedly working lol :D) and its hammering like the clappers outside and what i really want is a roaring fire and a bowl of either homemade veggie soup or stew lol.

has anyone anything exciting planned for this weekend?
