Morning everyone - feeling a wee bit fragile this morning after my best friend's 40th; was an angel with food and a devil with booze - lol.
Lots of homemade mojitos and punch - I did check that all the mixers were diet though!:rotfl: I had only used about 5 syns all week though so had well and truely saved them for the party. I had a great time and enjoyed my sesh but now it's back to the SF and water today.... I've got a 3 & 1/2 stone sticker in my sights and it's only 2lb away! :cool:Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000

After weigh in this week, I decided a fresh start was in order so I've wiped my history on the SW site and I've doctored my book so its "as new".
Despite this, I've treated this week like any other and eaten far too many syns.
I dread to think how many syns I consumed yesterday.
I'm determined however to make the most of my last two days before weigh in rather than give up (my usual trick) and not bother and only add to the chance that it will be another gain this week.
I will try and post and share my menus. I'm feeling really demotivated and cross with myself at the moment but hopefully if I just take it one day at a time and start planning my menus again, I'll be able to shift a few pounds and get my slimming world mojo back.0 -

Late in posting as had a busy weekend because i finally got hubby to succumb to tiling the kitchen after getting some bargain tiles in B&Q this week.
So today we have eaten,
B, scrambled eggs, beans, bacon, tomatoes and 1/4 melon.
L, new pots, cauli, mixed veg, chicken breast covered in nando's peri peri seasoning and mullerlight with forest fruits.
T, jacket potato, huge salad and 1 tsp of philadelphia with chilli = hubby and son had 2 quorn sausages with theirs no philly. 2 apples.
Just realised theres no HEB so may have some ryvita with a crushed banana and sprinkling of cinnamon
Syns, thinking of having a packet of french fries and a dairy milk little one (9.5)
Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend and made use of the lovely weather.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Cycled 17 miles today so hoping I lose at least a pound this week. We had a very nice Sunday lunch half way round (no pudding and only syns would be small yorkshire pud and the gravy). Just a diet coke as well. It was also VERY hot and we worked up a good sweat so hoping that helps too.
Knowing my luck at WI I will sit next to somebody who does no exercise at all and will say she's eaten everything under the sun this week and still lost 5 lbs.:rotfl:0 -

I completely understand you FE as I've been struggling for so many months just to get myself back on plan. All I can really say is that if nothing else just coming on here every day keeps it all in your mind somewhere and if you were really to sit down and think about you are probably following a lot more of the plan than you think or than you would be if you never came in.
You just need to keep plodding away and eventually something will click and you'll get back on it.
We're all here for you so starting posting your menus and writing down your thoughts and you'll get all the support you need.
good luckMediterranean Mum

It's very quiet here this weekend and I hope that means that the weather is good over there and you're all out and having a great time.
I had a good day yesterday apart from one slip up at dinner time which was down to the fact that I had a late afternoon meeting which went on way longer than it should have done and I then got caught in rush hour traffic coming home and was so much later than I intended - and was starving hungry!!!!!
Never mind it wasn't a total disaster that it could have been!
today -
B - salmon and vegetable frittata, mango & figs
L - salad nicoise
D - veggie shepherd's pie, salad
I've got half a watermelon in the fridge to use up so guess my snacks today will be exactly that!Mediterranean Mum
