I've had a migraine for the past 24 hours!
So eating was almost non-existant.
OH brought home Asda pizza for him and the kids and a calorie ounted meal for me. So all I've had today is a calorie counted meal and some fruit ( had to eat something to take some ibuprofen!)
so now I feel proper hungry and have no idea what to eat.....
I'm probably heading for a bowl of fruit and yoghurt.
Congrats to t-i-e's son and MM on your good news....
I'll catch up properly tomorrow....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

i'm back from new york! only put on 2 pounds for a 2 week holiday so im pretty chuffed! :T
considering all we ate was american take out with eggs and cheese added to everything im just craving veg now. we got to one point last week and sat in our room eating plain salad leaves as a late night snack because we just wanted something green :rotfl:
all the breakfasts are egg based, the SW tales of "dont eat too many or they do funny things to your insides!" are definitely true0 -
Just polishing my halo.:rotfl:
I took my elderly Mum out for her treat today. Fish & Chips!
We sit in this chippy and she has F & C and I have a fishcake and a plate of salad. It is very, very tempting as she always says "I can't eat all these chip, do you want some?" But I never give in.
What do other people feel good about passing up on?0 -
Hope the migraine is away soon cy.
many thanks - today I am pain free and in a good place!
I'm not rushing around doing housework, I'm chilling and reading - and making up for all the fluid i didn't drink yesterday!
I will regret this tomorrow when mum is coming...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Great weekend and we had a great time with our friends. The food all went down well - even with the kids - although I barely touched it. I was feeling sick all day Friday and Saturday probably from the amount of liquid I'd had pumped inside me (sorry TMI I know!).
Today feeling slightly less queasy and have had some of the salmon and vegetable frittata for breakfast.
Also went for a long stroll last night with our friends - about 40 minutes and although it wasn't at pace by any means at least I moved my butt.
Scales seemed to have moved a bit by about 3-4 lbs in the right direction so hopefully I can get back into some kind of stride here.
B - salmon & vegetable frittata, mango
L - veggie lasagne, salad, figs
D - veggie shepherds pie, saladMediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -
So. How is everyone. Back from The USA after a month so I have a lot of catch up reading. Just enjoying a SW friendly Full English Breakfast. Hubby is starting on SW today too(not joining just sticking to plan). We renewed our wedding vows while we were away, drank plenty, ate more, and developed a passion for ice cream.
So I suspect I have plenty of ground to recover.
I feel very much like you EvilSquid - gimme the greens!
Glad you are feeling better MM and CY.
Well Done Pennylane for your triumph in the chippy.
Off to read and catch up on everyone's news before the Tesco delivery shows up.0
