So are you below target now then?
So I took them literally :rotfl: and put 5.5 ON.
Anyhow, I changed my target and set it for another half stone less.
So I will see how I go, like I said its a real struggle, there is more support for losing members rather than maintaining members :mad:
This week I do feel like I am in control once again, rather than wondering if I am eating too much or too little.
Another thing too, when you reach target you don't need to weigh in every week, so you think oh! that's good I can eat a bit more. So for myself anyway, I really do need to go every week and accept that it's now going to be part of my life for the foreseeable future. x
Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

I have to say that for me I deliberatly set my target slightly higher that I might have as I dident want to feel I was under constant pressure IYSWIM?
Like you I will be weighing in on a regular basis for a long time to come.

No the feeling of feeling under pressure isent good.

Israeli Salad
5 small cucumbers (not the long UK ones)
5 medium sized tomatoes
5 spring onions
1 large red pepper
a handful of flat-leaf parsley
juice of half a lemon
salt and freshly ground black pepper
olive oil
Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes and red pepper into small cubes and put into a salad bowl.
Slice the spring onions very small and add to the other veg.
Chop the parsley small and add to the vegetables.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and pour over the fresh lemon juice.
Add a tblspn of quality olive oil.
Toss everything together well.
Traditionally this is served with warm pitta, felafel, humous and techina but I serve it all the time with everything as it makes a good quantity and I can eat tons of it.
If there are left overs I use it to make a tuna salad using a tin of tuna in water, a couple of chopped up hard-boiled eggs, some chopped up pickled cucumbers, some tinned sweetcorn and then make a dressing of Dijon mustard, a tblspn of light mayo, balsamic vinegar and a sachet of sweetener.Mediterranean Mum

I'm now into the final 24 hours before my appointment tomorrow and have been basically fasting since midnight last night. I've had a total of 20 calories today - 2 cups of 10 cal chicken soups!
Drinking tons of water - I have to drink a cup every hour - and taking the medication as prescribed.
I have to continue like this until 8am tomorrow morning then it's total fast for the last two hours - I'm hoping for a big loss this week!!!!!!

hello can join in please, i have decided to take the first step by joining my local sw today and i am very nervous as i no i have a problem with food and have lots to lose
i looked on the sw website and it states that i have to pay £5 joining fee then £4.94 membership do i need a voucher for the £5 joining fee? or can i just turn up and they allow me to pay the fee there n there0
