    I'd like to know what Israeli salad is as well please.

    Been and signed up,had the new members talk.The plan seems easy to understand,unless I've missed something!.The people there were nice and friendly.
    Then the weigh-in.12st5.5lbs:o. My friend and I decided to do the 10% target,so we both have 17lb to loose. Could be better but could be a lot,lot worse.
    Will try and post faily often but will also lurk.I'm good at that.

    Just back from WI and happy with my 3 pound loss.
    Going to have another good week ............... hopefully!
