Todays meal plan:

L, jacket potato, beans, salad leaves, beetroot, pickled onion, salad onion, cucumber, tomatoes.
T, 'roast' chicken breast, new pots, green beans and cauliflower.
Unsure of syns yet as meals seem to be quite filling lately leaving no appetite for anything else.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j
DD 1994, DS 1996 AND DS 1997
Lost 3st 5lb with Slimming world so far!!0 -
Be strong CH27 What matters is you go to WI, hear any bad news and start afresh. I've always found that any lbs put on quickly come off quickly too. Your body (including your head) will love being back on plan. One of the hardest things with eating out is that veg seems so thin on the ground compared with home sized portions.
My EE plan for today:
B: HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA milk, strawberries
L: more strawberries! and maybe some ham and stir fry vegRoast beef, SW roast potatoes and parsnips, runner beans, cabbage and carrots
Syns: wine, gravy and maybe a small yorkshire and/or horseradish
It's our Wedding Anniversary tomorrow so at least one meal will be off plan but I'll deal with that as the week goes through.
Thankyou:)
Happy anniversary for tomorrow. Hope you have a lovely day.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
Today's menu for me:
Breakfast
Skimmed milk, 1 oz cereal and a banana
Lunch (eaten in the garden!)
SW chips, grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, gherkin slices, red peppers, red onion, celery and a mango salsa. Dessert - fresh raspberries, synned low fat creme fraiche and meringue nest.
Tonight (will be)
Prawns and salad, Muller yoghurt and maybe some fruit.
I must lose at least a pound this week.0 -
Does anyone here have the takeaway secret book? The burger sauce recipe is lovely and if using extra light mayo then it works out less than 1 syn per tablespoon. It is 6 syns for the whole lot.
It is:
4 tablespoons mayo
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
2 teaspoons tomato ketchup (if you used low salt/sugar then even less syns)
1 tablespoon finely chopped gherkin.
Mix all together, refridgerate for at least an hour - even better over night. It is really nice. Just thought I would shareSlimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0 -
CH27~Just draw a line and keep going.
I have a big birthday soon & the celebrating seems to have started early.
Hoping Im not over the 3lbs leeway the very first week.

Thank you Beanielou - I am still ridiculously nervous though!
We have the results of our Woman of the Year today too and I really hope that the lassie I voted for gets it, she is great - a target member, very cheery and chatty in class and always posting recipes and stuff on facebook too. Seeing her before photos are an inspiration too - she's not very tall and has lost just short of 3 stone, the transformation is amazing!
Good luck to all the other Monday WI-ers. xxMortgage Aug 22 £280,000

Good morning everyone - I popped in last week to say I would be joining SW this evening - hubby and I have been away at the most amazing hotel - the food was 5* and I indulged in every bite. Time to get stuck in now!
A question though - if you were joining tonght - would you diet today or leave it to tomorrow!!0
