Med Mum - hurrah, you're back! :jWe missed you :kisses3:
1lb loss is 1lb loss MM, I was 14st 12lb on 11th june... and I'm now 14st 12.5lb so I've been wobbling about for 7 weeks now - yes I had 2 week holiday in that but still! Come on dolly, we can do it. xxx

I hear you K&F. I think I need to get over this long and extremely hot summer we're having over here. It's been 37 degrees and humidity of 80-90% most days and I'm totally drained of energy. It'll probably continue like this at least until the middle of September but then I'm going to start walking again. I would get back on the "dreadmill" but my feet aren't up to it at the moment.

Off to my daughter-in-law's sister's wedding this evening but obviously won't be able to dance so in for a long evening of watching everyone else on the dance floor :(

    Yesterday was a weird day

Fruit - half a pink grapefruit, 2 apples , 2 portions of melon, and a punnet of strawbs, 3 clementines, 1 peach, 1 pear, 1 plum, 1 apple

At around 6 i had chicken veg broth - with veg as SF, came home and very late had cheese on toast with some of the above mentioned fruit. I had two hi fi bars as i had ate so little, i figured i could count it as SE = hoping. I know it's not as SE is intended to be but its 2-3 throughout the day is def super free foods

TIE - well done resisting chips and doughnuts!!! Some great losses here! My neighbour gave me some birthday cake - so yesterday my syns were one tiny bite - surprised i didnt just chomp the rest of it down.

Well done on all the losses no matter how small, its all a step in the right direction.

Had my weigh in tonight and got my official half stone award after losing another 1.5lb. My DS managed 0.5lb and had his half stone award last week so the race is officially on between us now to get to the stone award lol.

Meals today are a bit naff cos its too hot to eat and i have no appetite so had banana and muller light for breakfast, toby carvery for late lunch which mainly consisted of meat and veg and 2 of the worlds smallest roast potatoes. Sitting here now debating whether to have something to eat this late or start a fresh tomorrow as im not hungry.

Hi again, I rejoined tonight after being unable to go to group for a few weeks. (Combination of illness and lots of celebratory/farewell meals for work.)

I hadn't been going long so it was cheaper and made more sense to start from scratch.

The group were so warm and welcoming, it was really lovely. I've also STS as last weigh in, which was a pleasant surprise. :o

Nice to see you back med mum, I enjoy reading your posts! It was my youngests birthday today and we went to Pizza Hut, I had one of those thin 'healthy:rotfl:' pizzas, 460 calories and 2 bowls of salad, then a small piece of birthday cake.
Hopefully I will have a loss next week after last weeks gain, I have just done day 5 of the shred so fingers crossed.

Some great losses on here tonight.:T to you all.

gettingthere54, like you I had virtually no advice about how to maintain just a throw away remark about having a few more HEXs. Like you I kept going under target and eventually had to pay to get back up! At the moment I'm just wavering back and forth within my target range, the same 2lbs roughly going on and off. My theory is that we probably fluctuate in weight from week to week anyway and I only know about it because I'm getting weighed. I think if I just used how my clothes feel as a guide that would keep me at target. As for eating/drinking: After almost two years on the plan, doing SW has become my default way of eating. I plan my meals for the week exactly as I would have done before but am a little more relaxed about it. So if I go out to eat, I always go flexi rather than find the lowest syn thing on the menu which I did before. At home, I don't really have non-SW meals but add in elements like a cheese sauce on cauliflower or some cream on strawberries which I banned completely when I was getting to target. It's a bit hit and miss but seems to be working for me.

Incidentally, one year down the line I still feel great and take pleasure in the 'new' me every day. I think that, in itself, would stop me from going back to my old ways.

Maman is there a member zone on the website? (Actually, im sure you know there is anyway)

Just found it - wasn't sure if i would be able to access it not being at target but i can. I may have a nosy round it tomorrow - let me know if it's useful. Looks like there's links to some good articles although i've not read the target book so not sure if it offers more. You seem to do fantastic at maintaining .:)

Watchit - your family has done fantastically.I'm sure you are all very proud !!!!:A I think it really helps if you have someone doing it with you.

    Todays menu

    B - 2 banana
L 3 slices bacon, fried egg yolk, half a pink grapefruit and big tub strawbs.
D - Small plate Spag bol made with quorn -with carrots courgette and onion - i add loads of veg to fill the mr's big appetite .Drop of cheese.
Supper - Cheese on toast HEB (cheese measured throughout the day)
Apple, peach, melon, tried a pear but it tasted funny so binned it. Greek muller light (which are on serious offer in tesco!)
Drank NAS all day. Cycled twenty mins, second part of journey with a load of shopping on the bike

Syns - yog 1/2, milk for tea 1/2

Saving them up for the weekend.

Hi and hugs to those who need it. piglet's not been around a few days? Hope all is well with her. :A
