  • Thanks!! Actually when I logged on here I had the stats from when I started SW last time and it was Jan 2011 and I was about 10 pounds heavier than I am now - so that's good!! At least I'm not up to my heaviest!

My sis is just sad because she's starting a two week holiday on Monday (just staying at home but off work) and I think she was going to pig out on her hols!! I told her to do it this week...*game face* lol!

So after sticking to plan 100% for the week, going on my exercise bike, going on the worlds longest dog walks and doing the 30 day shred 3 times, I have gained 1lb . Not happy at all.

Not easy to live with is it? I gained 1 lb one week and was everso upset because I hadn't put a foot wrong. It's almost worse somehow because if you're going to SW group you're paying to be told this!! Anyway, I am sure you will show a good loss next week.:)

I had a 6-8 mile bike ride several days last week, I have been on a 3 mile walk this morning with a group and I walk my dog about a mile each morning anyway. I never count that really as it's walk a bit, sniff a bit, wee a bit (that's the dog by the way!:rotfl:).

I am hoping for a loss again this week but it's never guaranteed.

Hello all. I had a great 9-week scan today and have relaxed a little bit. My eating is also well under control and I've lost more than half of the weigt I put on on holiday, which is good. Had to have intralipds intravenous thing to day and as I know it's full of oil I said - erm, any ideas how many calories in this? 200! ArGH! So will be doing a bit of Wii fit tonight I think!

Hello to all the newbies

Todays meal plan should have seen me eating scrambled eggs and kippers for brekkie but managed a banana and 2 plums, lunch should have been a tuna WM roll with cucumber and side salad but managed half a melon instead as been in a stressful meeting over my son and the last thing on my mind is food so hubby has taken over and is in the kitchen preparing a chicken, bacon and thyme hotpot from one of the booklets that came off one of the magazines just one syn for a teaspoon of veg gravy granules so still got a packet of doritos and a dairy milk little one later if i dont just clear off to bed in a mardy lol.

Redbull i kinda know your pain, my husband has FMS and AS so is constantly in pain, walking is difficult over a distance and sleep non existent. He has been on all the meds available and even clinical trials but still no help. At one point he could eat like a horse and lose weight with the damage the drugs were doing, then he stopped them and ballooned up so although he isnt doing SW he is eating the same as my son and i and is losing weight without all the exercise etc. Have you tried Reiki for pain management? My husband had a few sessions with a friend of mine who is a practioner and although he was sceptical it did work for him and he is waiting to go on a course now to self heal.

    thanks stef240377

the arthritis & fibro went away when i was active & lost the weight before... i could not believe it...
but my 2010 tail bone fracture caused bladder n bowel probs also
so i rarely get out now...my knees are agony walking upstairs.etc
im sure if i lose at least half a stone it would spur me on... & get me going towards my goal & then the pain may subside again, the ibs also went away,
im just lazy minded these days.. perhaps ?
im getting an op end august so want to get a bit fitter too.
reiki is not something i would consider tbh as ive looked into it
& know its not for me
but do appreciate you taking time to answer me.
im glad your oh is losing on your SW just shows you...at class some women used to say their partners didnt know they were on it & lost too lol
hope hubby gets better all along the way too xx
there you go im getting support already
    so thanks xx

Great news about your scan sarah, pity they don't do an intravenous version of frylight!;)

Sorry to hear about your pain redbull. I'm ashamed to say that I lost my weight without doing exercise (laziness being my only excuse) but it does prove it's possible.

Enjoy your casserole stef, sounds similar to my dinner and having it cooked for you is even better.:)

Evening all :D. Trying to lose the 3/4 stone I've put back on :o. Can anyone let me know whereabouts on the website Success Express is? I know you get an extra HEA and B - do you still get syns?

    Thanks.
