:T that's a good loss. Good luck with the 'dry' week if it helps. personally I prefer wine syns to any others.;) Fortunately SS strawberries and melons are plentiful at the moment. Go for it!!
Thanks for the advice stef, I have checked since and I remembered 5 correctly. It does seems a lot for what they call 'lightly dusted'.
Sorry to hear you've had bad news redbull. I'm not aware of any current offers but maybe someone will know. Good luck with SW. You could always start with one of the sample menus until you can get to a group.0 -

My new meds seem to be working so my heart rate is now anything from 45 to 60. I seem to be tired and lethargic all the time. I don't know if I am better with a high rate (120+) or this slow one or the feeling of my heart trying it's best to run away. Sorry for the rant but really fed up!!
Anyway well done CH27 & kandfs mum and anyone I have missed. I love the idea of reaching target and lose without trying:j. ---- then again I just love the idea of reaching target:rotfl:

Back from weigh in and lost 2lb, so that's the 1.5 I gained last week and .5 extra
The BBQ went well yesterday, well foodwise at least, everyone liked the homemade burgers, not many sausages were eaten so we have enough of those in the freezer for a few weeks, the SW deserts of roulades and terrines went down really well too.
We are off to Cornwall on Friday for two weeks in the caravan, need to get organised, don't really want a gain.SW start date 20/02/12 - lost so far 2st 2.5lb0 -
Well done PS71 and enjoy your holiday.0
