One woman ended up taking them to court as she was gaining weight from eating their sausages. So it very much depends on how much you trust your butcher i guess. I don't have the option locally so don't have that quandry. i did buy SW stuff from him when he sold it, it just wasn't openly advertised.
Yep, that's the same as Joe's say here but I reckon lots of butchers do them to a similar recipe. Hard to know if they're syn free without the nutritional info though.dianetheartist wrote: »Im gutted after staying the same this week.....only thing I did different was to have pasta on 2 days-mixed with tuna, sweetcorn and 1 tablespoon lowest mayo. Had a pint of larger on Tuesday (9 syns) but didnt have any white wine for 3 nights :-(( Loads of fruit, melon, strawberries, grapes etc.I make a pint of blamangue ? with no sugar jelly and low fat yogurt again add loads of fruit to it, I have a snack-shotz every day..so cant think why I didnt lose. I had gained a LB by the WII Fit so was happy that it didnt show on the scales. Just dont know what went wrong. My daughter lost 2 1/2lb and was chuffed to bits as she didnt feel like she had lost any! She is 1/2 lb ahead of me now so got to get it moving again!
Sorry to hear you're disappointed Diane - do you normally post your menu (sorry, been away for a week and memory has turned to mush) - if not maybe put a typical day and peeps can take a look. Do you have your syns and enough superfree? Otherwise there may not be any real reason - can be hormones, not drinking enough water, sheer bl**dy mindedness of our bodies...:(2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

Diane what kind of yoghurt was it? mist syn free or low syn yoghurt is fat free.
Are you keeping a food diary? Are you always eating third superfree? Do you measure your HEs and all syns? Is it your time of the month? Have you introduced any new exercise?
In fact, this is from the front page of the thread and explains it way better than I do. PS -sweetcorn is not superfree, it's free.
If you find your weight loss has slowed down or stopped, check:-
1. Whether everything you're counting as Free, is Free
2. Whether you're under-estimating Syn values (over-estimate if guessing)
3. Whether you're counting everything that should be counted
4. Whether you're measuring everything that should be measured
5. Whether you're sabotaging your success in any other way (using SAS logs will help uncover individual long-term self-sabotage patterns) and, if none of these is the culprit, either...........
A: increase the proportion of Superfree Foods to half of your plate
OR
B: switch to more Speed Foods
And above all, if you follow the plan, any plan, 100% you will lose weight!

Cook in oven at about 180 until the eggs have set. Timing depends on your oven.

:oHi all,
I've been doing SW for 3 weeks now and have lost 3 lb - a pound a week. I'm fine with that, it's going in the right direction but have checked everything I've eaten - food diary with consultant etc., weighed and measured everything and am still slow.
I've heard a few people mention success express - but am not sure what that is. Can anyone enlighten me please?
Great losses from all of you - inspirational!
