I'm back from Lanzarote! Did you miss me? Ha ha.

I'm also very fat. How can I put on 6.5 lb in 8 days? Huh?! It's not a surprise as I seem to do it every time I go away. Of course I am aware that I will put some weight on being preggers, but will be doing my best to lose this asap just by eating the SW way.

Hope you're all well. I've got a bit of post-holiday blues so may drown my sorrows in a very long bath tonight.

Pleased to see you back Sarah, and glad you've had a good holiday. Don't worry about the weight, as you say it's combination of holiday excess and baby bump. xxx

    Evening all,

Hope everyones day is going well. Well done for the losses and good luck to those weighing tonight.

I have weigh in tomorrow, I feel so much better already I don't need to change from jeans to pjs as soon as I walk in the door. My nan commented on my weight today so something must be working.

Made a big batch of dyno rod soup yesterday. Going to struggle for a few days as I'm too skint to buy any food in so its lots of pasta and beans for us.

I'm really enjoying fruit now which is a first for me.

Glass of sparkling water and some strawberries for me tonight when I get the kids down.

    :)

!!!!!!, 1lb ON!!!. Gutted.com I feel slimmer than last week, my clothes fit better and I have had a good week and I put on - grrrrr. I'm hoping that it is a combination of a carry over from last week's holiday and also with starting the "Easy Gym" (I think I'm gonna sue them for mis-representation, it's far from easy and it hurts!!); So it's back to basics with lots of SF for me this week, harumph.

CH - well done!! Fab loss and another shiny sticker :T

MrsMooretoBe - from the menu, I would go for either soup without the roll or scallops without the blackpudding crisps to start; then either a steak or the Hake for main. Hope you have a fab fab time. xx

    Kandipandi - welcome. x

    Hi All,

I need your help. Im goin g on a hen weekend this weekend and im trying to do some damage limitation. Here is the menu choice for the Sat Night. What are my best options?

    http://www.limeloungebath.co.uk/images/main_menu.pdf

    xx

Hey Mrs Moore! I would start with the scallops (or possibly the soup, depending on what it is - check no cream. Eat bread only if you have not had your HEB). Bear in mind pea puree will likely have lots of butter in so go sparingly.

Mains you have lots of choice. Lamb, hake (make sure dressing separate) or the steak look best to me. Add a tomato salad or seasonal veg and STEP AWAY FROM THE PUDDING BOARD! lol. Enjoy, looks nice.

Determined to get my stone sticker on Wed. I need to lose 2 lbs this week. Whenever I think I will, I don't though.

I had planned to go for a bike ride this afternoon but then it rained hard and was actually quite chilly.

All my knickers are loose now - just thought I'd share that with you all!:rotfl::rotfl:
