    Enjoy your holiday CY

yesterday not too bad again -- salad cancelled cause so late in so needed carbs -- more cottage cheese lasagne and tomato and wholemeal roll. A biscuit so 4 syns--so 7 syns altogether--
    53 left.
Today -- mixed day -- I never can plan a Saturday somehow. :o
So far I have had 1/2 a melon so will get an egg and tomato now with 2 ryvita.
    Dinner -- have no idea:(
    noodles/curry/baked pot/
now thinking might make chickpea dahl loaf and cheesy scones or more cot lasagne --- no doubt this will all change by this evening:rotfl:

Have a good weekend everyone and try to be more decisive than me!!

back already -- decision?? No egg etc-branflakes and grapes instead!

We had a very rare child free afternoon so we thought we would make the most of it and go out for a late lunch/early dinner. There was some sauce on my crayfish salad, I had some chips with my main and then finished it off with a large peanut butter and nutella shakeaway on the way home :rotfl:. Oh well you only live once huh! I may pay for it on weigh in on Tuesday but it was totally worth it :).

  • HI everyone - just back from a week's holiday - and been catching up on the posts - welcome to all the new people!! This is a great supportive forum!

Well I feel like crap after my holidays - I spent a week at the coast in a mobile.. and my eating was far from good!! Family picnics and way too much white bread, chinese, chippies!! I feel really bloated and fat! I even had a fish and chip tea this evening when I came home - but I am determined to get back into the SW mindset from tomorrow!!

My usual class is on Tuesday - but I am thinking I will go to a local group on a thursday this week - to give me a few extra days to undo the damage!!

Glad you had a good holiday starfish. You'll soon start to feel less bloated when you get back on plan, amazing what plenty of SFs and SSs can do! Hit the melon and strawberries hard and plenty of veg. IMO what goes on quickly comes off quickly. Shiny new day tomorrow.:)

I've had yet another day with a flexi meal in it!

    Today's EE plan has been:
B: scrambled egg, HEB toast, few grapes, HEA milk for teas, tsp f brown sauce
L: Golden rice and stir fried veg
D: buffet bits at a party:(

At least I've had no alcohol syns as I was driving. Back on plan tomorrow.

Morning everyone. We were out at friends last night for our tea and a few drinks so I had a syn free day up until then:

    B - mullerlight, banana, pear
L - chicken, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, spring onions
    S - mug shot
D - 1 bbqued burger (no roll), 1 bbqed sausage (no roll), potato salad, pasta salad; 1 scoop homemade ice cream; 5 large gin & slimline tonic

Going for an attempted syn free day to make up for yesterday's syns.

I also joined a new "Easy Gym" on Friday and went again yesterday. It's a series of 5 machines that you do for 10 mins each, there's a vibro plate to do your arms, a vibrating jog machine, a pulley system ab & leg machine (ouch!), a moving "horse" and a vibraxis machine.
Today I feel like I have done 10 rounds in a boxing ring - every muscle in my body aches! They took weight (thankfully the scales read the same as SW ones!) and measurements from waist, stomach, thighs and arms at the start of the 1st day and it's a 1 month course so they will re-take all measurements on 27th August. I was pretty sceptical but people I know have had good inch loss results and I need to tone up so I thought I would give it a go. It isn't an "easy" option though as it still makes you sweat and hurt but it's more toning exercise than fat burning.
