A 400g can of light coconut milk is 17.5 syns so 100 gram would be couted as 4.5 syns.

Hi Everyone

I joined Slimming World 2 weeks ago, found this forum a couple of days later and have since spent my spare time reading all 256 pages! Some fab hints and tips, so thought I'd post to say Thanks! And Good Luck!

I'm following EE and have so far last 12lbs (6lbs each week) Hoping for a 2lb loss on Monday so I get my shiny stone sticker!
