Morning all,
I'm back- hope all is well here?! Haven't read through and posts yet but will try and get through some whilst working and sneakily watching bit of the Olympics
Had a fab time at SILs wedding - weather was beautiful (almost too hot) and wedding itself was lovely. Had a brilliant few days in London too, just taking it easy and chilling out in the sunFoodwise...well, it has been 2 weeks since I weighed in (got WI tonight) and I have stuck to it 11 days out of 14, so might be ok. Was fine at the wedding and was easy to avoid bad stuff but the 3 days off included pizza hut buffet, McDs (although opted for a happy meal so could've been worse), a night out which included 4 bottles of fruity cider (rude not to on a balmy summer night amongst the city folk on the South Bank!), and a pub burger and chips. So, not sure how it's going to go. Expecting a gain but hopefully not a big one, especially since the half pound gain 2 weeks ago was a bit unjustified. Am just pleased that I got back on the wagon when I got home. It was harder than I expected- even though I'd only had 3 partial days of naughtiness I think my body got used to the junk v quickly. Did make me feel rubbish though - just 1 day back on track and I felt so much better. Will try and remember that next time! :rotfl:
EE today:
B: Bran flakes (B), milk (A), banana
L: L/O gammon with salad, nectarine
T: Jacket spud, salad, ham or tuna, mayo (3)
S: Nectarine, Freddo (5)

!!!!!!, 1lb ON!!!. Gutted.com I feel slimmer than last week, my clothes fit better and I have had a good week and I put on - grrrrr. I'm hoping that it is a combination of a carry over from last week's holiday and also with starting the "Easy Gym" (I think I'm gonna sue them for mis-representation, it's far from easy and it hurts!!); So it's back to basics with lots of SF for me this week, harumph.
CH - well done!! Fab loss and another shiny sticker :T
MrsMooretoBe - from the menu, I would go for either soup without the roll or scallops without the blackpudding crisps to start; then either a steak or the Hake for main. Hope you have a fab fab time. xx
