If I knew the answer I'd share it with you mymamma.:) I can sympathise with you though.

I am a very positive and determined person but sometimes it gets me down. As you say, if you know what you're doing wrong you can address it.:(

    hi there,

dont loose heart, stick with it, maybe try success express, or the 7 deadly sins plan, but dont give up

i went from being the SOTM in March (loosing over half a stone), to being the near the same weight at the end of april, as i was at the start (loosing only half pound)

but i stuck with it, and got to target in May, and have lost another half stone since then and re adjusted my target.

eating before WI may not have helped, but try not to let it get you down:A

for the 7 deadly sins plan you have per day -

    1. 1 HEA
    2. 1 HEB
    3. 7 Speed foods
    4. 7 Superspeed foods
    5. 7 syns
    6. 2 lts of water
    7. try a new recipe from the 7 days 7 ways booklet (i think as long as you eat a good, well balanced SW meal, it would not matter where the recipe come from)

Can anyone tell me whether it's ok to eat the ready cooked chickens (whole) in the cold meats section (not the cooked chicken in a bag in Asda/Tesco deli). Taking the skin off of course

    Jill

Hi Jill, just be very careful as most supermarket chickens are injected with oil to plump them up. I tend to avoid them like the plague as you don't know what's been added. Im ina rush now but will see if i can find anything on the SW online site about it for you.

I'm having a funny old time of it. Im on so much medication i have zero appetite . Trying to eat little and often (to avoid body going into starvation and a big gain) , mum is telling me not to worry about SW while im unwell but the way i see it is - isn't it the best way possible to stay healthy and help myself?

Yesterday as an example i had a grapefruit, some grapes, a yog and cheesey pasta bake - half the size i would normally eat. Then i had toast at 2am after an episode,. I seem to be obsessed with drinking tea so need to watch my HEA intake.

Lost a pound this week so am 11-4 now. Mum sai yesterday my face is looking haggard but i think thats more about me being under the weather.

TIE - don't you go anywhere missus!!!!

ANyone heard from Dizzy? it's been a loooong time since she's been online.

Some great losses coming in here, great work. Have to run, catch up laters xx
