Can anyone tell me whether it's ok to eat the ready cooked chickens (whole) in the cold meats section (not the cooked chicken in a bag in Asda/Tesco deli). Taking the skin off of course

TIE - we love your posts! You are not a bore, burden or a moaner!

The continued presence of target members here is enough to convince us that we are on a lifelong journey here - none of us want to go back to the way we were... and how we do that is by staying in control and coming on here/going to group...

Well the scales had a very nice surprise for me last night - 3lb loss:j:j.

Goodness only knows how - I've eaten much the same as in previous weeks..... but I'm back over my 5.5 stone mark and heading off on holiday intending to stick to it as much as I can....

We are heading to sunny..... Chadwell Heath! We are borrowing my b-i-l's 1 bed room flat whilst we are at the Olympics.... The main problem with eating will be timing it - all our tickets are for afternoon events but we have to be at the venue 2 hours in advance :eek::eek: and our first venue is across London at Earls Court... Also the rest of the family view this as a holiday - therefore takeaways and meals out will be popular - but I cannot just jump in with them...

I have located the local Sainsbugs - I hope to walk there on a daily basis....

    Well done :T

Surprise, surprise! I lost 2.5 lbs :j:j I just can't work it out - last week I felt slimmer and stuck to plan and I gained a pound.

I now have just 2 lbs to go for my first stone!:)

    [/B]welcome

If its only a little amount that you want to lose then sadly its going to be very slow and steady. Agree with other posters - grab a notebook and record everything you eat and drink in a day then share it on here. :j We can then have a nose and give you any pointers.

    breakfast...2 weetabix /milk/melon
Lunch...vegetable soup (sweetcorn mange tout carrots peppers onions tomatoes and stock) 2plums/ apple/

Small skinny latte (coffee shop) 4.5 estimate

Well done losers & hugs to those in need :A

Been on the tank proper for last 3 days and feeling okish.

    B - weetabix hot water/milk [.5a], coffee

L - plain couscous made with chicken oxo and plenty of black pepper, salad [spinach, leaves, toms, cue, s/onions, pepper, beetroot] beans, ls/cream [2?] pineapple/apple/yog

    T - cheesy mash [1.5a], toms, s/onion, beans, ketchup [1] egg

    Syns - 3?

Not sure on syns for Heinz light salad cream, they keep changing things :(. Also are Tesco curls & puffs 4.5? Please :A

I have not drank much today [nothing new there then] I have 1 coffee with breakfast and before I make it I have the cup full of water to take meds with. I'm afraid to say that is usually ALL I drink in a day, bad I know but even that small amount makes me wee for England. I must have the worlds smallest bladder, I have to get up in the night too. Its soooooooo annoying, no wonder I'm so grumpy :p
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Hi everyone,

Not been able to get online for days. I got the voucher to join a group for free this week and went along. It was really great and motivational.

I was pleased when I stepped on the scales that I'd already lost a few lbs from when I first posted on here too.

So week one day 2 for me officially and I went and got some skinny cow ice lollys yesterday. Don't want to miss out on the summer ice cream.

Having a picnic at the park later got loads of fruit to snack on. Having a red day so I can have 2 heb.

B- Ready brek with fresh strawberries and coffee (heb and a)
L- Ham salad sandwich (Heb) apple, grapes, strawbs
    D- Steak and salad

    Have a lovely day all
