WI for me tonight and hope I do better than last week.
Fingers crossed.:)0 -
TIE - we love your posts! You are not a bore, burden or a moaner!
The continued presence of target members here is enough to convince us that we are on a lifelong journey here - none of us want to go back to the way we were... and how we do that is by staying in control and coming on here/going to group...
Well the scales had a very nice surprise for me last night - 3lb loss:j:j.
Goodness only knows how - I've eaten much the same as in previous weeks..... but I'm back over my 5.5 stone mark and heading off on holiday intending to stick to it as much as I can....
We are heading to sunny..... Chadwell Heath! We are borrowing my b-i-l's 1 bed room flat whilst we are at the Olympics.... The main problem with eating will be timing it - all our tickets are for afternoon events but we have to be at the venue 2 hours in advance :eek::eek: and our first venue is across London at Earls Court... Also the rest of the family view this as a holiday - therefore takeaways and meals out will be popular - but I cannot just jump in with them...
I have located the local Sainsbugs - I hope to walk there on a daily basis....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

B-melon/yog/tomato/egg
l- soup HM
D - not sure
Sn - rest of melon/grapes/yog/mugshot

Thank you all for the kind words. :A
Well done on the losses so far this week and a special :T to Annie. A 3lb gain in 3 months is amazing. Most target members would love to be able to acheive that.
Back with EE plan today:
B: bacon, baked beans, egg, HEB toast, HEA milk
L: half a massive melon and sprinkling of HEA Stiltonchicken casserole (onions, celery, carrots, leeks, mushrooms) with SW roasties and cabbage
I toyed with the idea of changing for a more summer friendly meal but the chicken is defrosted and the mse in me won't let me go to the shops and buy in salad stuff when I've got a perfectly good meal at home.
Syns: may finish the bottle of rose:o (my theory is that we've waited months for the sun so I want to celebrate before it disappears again on Friday:D), tbsp of cornflour in casserole0 -
Hi everyone,
WI yesterday wasn't great... put on 2lbs:( Really confused cos thought I'd stuck to plan. Kept track of what I ate and even started walking a little nearly every day. Hard to stay on track when I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. My consultant's suggested I send her photos of my meals, to see if I'm getting portions right. Only thing I can think of is that I ate about 3 hours b4 weigh in, which I don't usually do.
Any suggestions gladly received, and sorry for the moan, but fed up of yoyoing over the same 3/4 pounds for the last 6 weeks! Aaahhh!Lost 38.5 lb with SW so far, 56LB to go!:A

Lunch was cous cous, onions, tomatoes, tuna fish and lettuce.

hi there,
dont loose heart, stick with it, maybe try success express, or the 7 deadly sins plan, but dont give up
i went from being the SOTM in March (loosing over half a stone), to being the near the same weight at the end of april, as i was at the start (loosing only half pound)
but i stuck with it, and got to target in May, and have lost another half stone since then and re adjusted my target.
eating before WI may not have helped, but try not to let it get you down:A

Only on day two of SW have done this before :-)
Today is EE
B- Weetabix (HEB) with gooseberries (home grown) and milk (HEA)
L- Salad with LF cottage cheese(1syn) and a FF salad dressing with a slice of melon.
Snack a pear
D- Lean pork with home grown new potatoes, cabbage and broadbeans. with gravy (2syns) and some more fresh fruit ( have a lot of fruit in at the moment, not sure what to eat first ;-) )
With cuppas throughout the day (rest of HEA) and a FF yogurt for supper. SW is a very easy diet or should I say way of life. I just need to get my head into SW mode and think healthily. I will save my wine for the weekend. :-)Jue0 -

If I knew the answer I'd share it with you mymamma.:) I can sympathise with you though.
Since I started SW 9 weeks ago I have eaten no bread, no biscuits, no cake, no sweets, no pastry, no chips, no cheese.
I have had ONE bag of low fat crisps in all those weeks (6 syns).
I have lost 9.5 lbs. (Was 10.5 but gained a pound last week).
I never eat sugar and I only have skimmed milk. Because I don't eat bread I therefore barely have any butter/low fat spread. I stick to plan and don't go over on my syns and I do exercise.
I am a very positive and determined person but sometimes it gets me down. As you say, if you know what you're doing wrong you can address it.:(0
