Well done to all the losers, some great losses.

Kandfsmam and PS71 absolutely gutted for you both. Don't give up....next week will be great for you both I'm sure.

Blodwen- welcome back, glad you had a good time at the wedding.

    Piglet- an inspiration as always

Good luck to those still to WI.

WI for me tonight. I'm a bit nervous after my gain last week and have had another emotional week for various reasons but have not succombed to comfort eating this time. DD6 has counted the chocolate biscuits and has a tally of how many there should be! If I maintain I will be happy but hoping for a loss of some sort.

Welcome to kandipandi and Miggie-make yourself at home

no, i am happy at where i am now, 6 stone 3 was my last target, and the reason behind that was with the 3lbs either way that you are allowed for your target range, i thought, even if i put on 3lbs, i would still have 6 stone off,

i suppose i COULD lose 7 stone, but its not a target for me (not at the mo anyways)

when i started i said "i will loose one stone in 7 weeks, and that will do me rightly":rotfl:

    Thirded!!:D

The reason I asked about a new target wasn't because you hadn't lost enough!! It's just it was my understanding that you could only re-set in 7lbs blocks and that would take you closer to 7 stone off if you go below your range. I'm interested because I've had more problems hovering below my target range (and paying to get back in) than gaining.:)

Good luck guppycaz, and you sound like you're getting good support from DD.

    Evening all

An unintentional green day for me today:
    B - mullerlight & banana
L - SW quiche made with savoury rice, 3 eggs, FF cottage cheese, cauliflower, onions, peppers & tomatoes; peach
    S - mullerlight, 2 alpen light bars
D - noodles with marmite; peach; banana; pea pods

It means I still have 2 HEAs and 1 HEB left if I want them this evening - might have ryvita with dairylea light triangles if I'm hungry.

I also went to the "Easy Gym" for another hour and cut the grass 3 times before the rain came on so a bit of body magic in there too :)

Fab loss, well done! There's someone in our class who lost a stone last week (in one week) and has lost a stone or more in a week on a few previous occasions. I don't know how she does it, as apparently she was still using up some of the naughty stuff in her cupboards and she isn't huge. She does seem to go up and down a lot though. Great loss but can't be great for her body.

Quick check in today - going to really tackle the boring piece of work that has been hanging over me for weeks. At least as it is computer based I can listen to the radio online while I do it, just need to avoid all the other temptations of t'interweb!

    EE today:
    B: Oats (B), strawberries, milk (A)
L: L/O soya lasagne with salad, nectarine
T: Joe's sausages, mash, broccoli, carrots, asparagus
    S: Pineapple, Freddo (5)

Have a great day all :)

thank you everyone! you are all sooooooooooo nice :A

this was my understanding too, but then the consultant let me reset by 6lbs, and then on reading the target members book it does say that you have to have 7lbs between targets unless you are "fine tuning" your final target, so i guess thats what i am doing :D

my current target is 11.12, and i am currently 11.9, so if i get to 11.8 (6 and half stone award), i think i will reset target for 11.9,

11.1 would be 7 stone off, and tho weight wise i know i could (should:o) be there, i am in a size 12 now, and i dont wanna end up too thin:rotfl:

Morning all. Well done Guppycaz on loss:j
Yes kjmtidea and maman -- will do as you advise and dont count yesterday at all - just a treat day. I wasnt too bad and meal was disappointing - wont be back. Also dont think that I was quite ready to have a night out!
TIE hope all is all ok? MM where are you?
    Today --
    B - egg/tomato/beans
    l - hm bean soup
d - will decide later - am trying to clear freezer

    sn - grapes/oranges/melon/mugshot
    hea&b -- ryvita/cheese

Has anyone ever frozen quark? I have tub in freezer and was going to make pate but unsure if tub ok. Dont want to defrost the bacon and livers if I dont have any quark. If I defrost anything I like to use it that day.
