NO, but I did the chicken, potato and red pepper casserole and the sardines with potato bake (used mackerel) and they were both really really good. My DH was impressed.

I substituted pork for the chicken & it was lovely.

Thanks All for the well dones. Although ive done SW once before its still hard to believe I can eat all that I do on it!

Still puzzled on the latte front. Ill have to ask our consultant next week I think.

Just going to go through the new magazine and look at recipes to plan next weeks meals! x

Sorely tempted to cancel my day out tomorrow so that I can avoid syn temptation and instead stay in and be good. But have been looking forward to my day out and will be sad if we don't go. Also out Monday evening (day out before weigh in) and when I looked at the menu last week, there didn't appear to be anything syn friendly :( Will have to research again and see.... I don't mind if that gets cancelled.

I can be good Sunday and might make something yummy with extras for freezer. :j

If it's just coffee & skimmed milk you can use it as a HEA.
But you need to be very careful about sizes & anything hidden they may put in.

Flat Eric - what were your plans for tomorrow? It would be awful for you to have to cancel your day out but if you feel you really have to to stay on plan then maybe thats best. If i have a day out planned, its a military operation and every mouthful is planned. I always have chips eggs bacon and a banana before going out as a good start to the day. I take a bacon sandwich with me and maybe cut up my HEA of cheese to nibble on. Another banana, 2 yghurts, a few tubs of fruit (i dont mix them lol) or a big tub of fruit salad. a bottle of dilutable juice

Can you link to the menu? im sure theres a way of getting a SW friendly option. I would so love it if you were able to go tomorrow and stay on plan. You would feel so empowered

    Hi ladies (and gents),
    I am after some advice.......
I joined SW in February with only about 8 or 10 pounds to lose. With the exception of the 2 months where I sadly lost my mam and dad where I only gained 2 pound I am no further forward than when I started. I completed the food diary for about 6 weeks - no loss, then I moved onto the sas log - half off half on still no further forward. Lost dad, then 20 days later mam. Did a week of sw at home then went back to class. Stuck RIDGIDLY to plan and lost half a pound 2nd week again stuck RIDGIDLY to plan lost a half - by the way daughter lost 2 and then 4 both of these weeks. Daughter has lost a stone and I still weigh the same. We eat the same food!!!!!
I have complained as I actually like the plan and the flexibility but WHAT AM I DOING WRONG.
An example of a typical day is:
Porridge or bran flakes with skimmed milk every day
    Fruit at 10 except weekends
Pasta or chicken curry or chilli synned where necessary by usually 4 or free if chilli with rice.
Yogurt free or .5 miller Greek. And fruit
    3.oclock ish fruit
    Water throughout the day
Possibly 2 more cups of tea throughout the day.
Meal at night with syns maybe chicken veg stir fry or ham salad
Syns usually in some sort of sauce - about 5 to 10 syns per day
Also if we have no meat we have ryvita and Philly light as 2nd hea and b

Any help would be appreciated xxx

    Sorry about your bereavements.

Are you measuring your HEA & B?

Are you having the third superfree?

Have you tried having fruit with your breakfast?

    Thanks,
Heb etc are usually things I can just pick up like the individual Philly pots. If its cheese yes. Honestly not the milk - I use the oats so simple satchets -plain - and two or 3 cups of tea. The 5 syns I don't use cover the tea - if that makes sense x
What's the third sf as in a third of the plate - probably not consistently. Is it an essential?
