Yes drinks are syn free as have flavoured fizzy water or decaff coffee using milk allowance. DS has a can of diet coke on alternate days as a treat
Be very careful with flavoured water. Some of them aren't sugar free.
The Volvic ones are about 5syns each if you don't buy the sugarfree/no added sugars ones & the writing on the bottle in miniscule.
Our consultant warned us about them last week.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
I checked the very first week that the morrisons ones were the free ones by typing the details in the syns search online.
At group we were just told any fizzy waters/cordials etc that were low cal so 5 or less per serving were free no other info.
It has only been the last week or so that i have see the consultant take anything into group that you can try at home. This week was the curry loaf using chickpea dahl from asda - son had me go straight to asda after the meeting to buy the ingredients we didnt have so he could have it for work experience the next day in his lunch box lol:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

I've heard mention of the curry loaf - can someone post the recipe please?:jFlylady and proud of it:j0

The curry loaf recipe read out in our group was
1 packet of batchelors savoury rice mild curry flavour,
1 tin of asda chickpea dahl - this is a free one as some of the others arent.
4 eggs
2 tsps of curry powder.
Make savoury rice as normal, stir in dahl, eggs and curry powder and place in a 'greased' tin - fry light insides. could chop some onions and fry those off while rice cooking if you want to bulk it out more.
We were told 15 mins in the oven but mine needed close on 25 at 180 fan oven. That was in a 2lb loaf tin.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

So today has ended up as this
B Lentil and veg soup
D potato beans onion and cheese pie with loads of side salad. I've not eaten enough today but am trying my best
Snacks - yog, grapes, banana, a whole melon, some strawbs with squirty cream, cup of tea with rocky road bar, 2 pears. Im keeping half my HEB in case i fancy a round of toast with a fried egg.
Syns planned were my crisps and choc but will see how that goes. This time of night i get wiped out from all the medication. We're planning on watching a movie - see how it goes h aha!!!! Syns -1 for butter in mash, and hlf for y og, and half for cream
The third superfree debate is always interesting. I now have started adding extra veg to my main dinners, so if i have curry and rice (quorn and mainly veg), then i add in some extra veg as well. i tend to cook up some veg ready to ding, then i've no excuse.
no exercise today - not capable. Sorry if it seems i'm moaning.I don't mean to.
Sarah - enjoy your holiwells and congratulations xxxx:AA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
