    Hi

was wondering if anyone could help me. I am completely confused how this diet works, when I last did it....many moons ago it was just green and red days.

I have all the paperwork but a little confused because some pages are green. some orange and some red for original choice.

Sorry if i am being a little thick but I really want to do this diet.

    Thank you

I only do the extra easy plan which is the orange one, basically you have to have a third of your plate super free foods. So for breakfast I have cereal (which is my b choice) milk (a choice) and then a banana on top for the superfree or a seperate bowl of berries.

Then lunch and dinner the same, you have a third of your plate salad/veg. It is really easy, it must be because I understand it :rotfl:.

Red Days and Green remain as they were - Orange represents the Extra Easy Plan. - Easier for me than the days of Red or Green but not for everyone.

    bindiboo Good Luck

    - yes you can switch, use your pin, log on. Let the other consultant know that you want to go to that group not the other. No problem there at all:D

As has already been said the idea is 1/3rd of your plate is superfree....

the other main difference is that you get 1 X Healthy A and 1 X Healthy B on this plan.

    hope this helps..
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
  • Thanks everyone so do you follow the green, red or extra easy all day?
  • Also is there a and b choices for all three options i.e green, red, extra easy because i only seem to have b choices.
