Morning all :hello:
Decided to cycle to work this morning as weather said no rain today. Wrong = rained enroute so arrived to work looking like a wet sweaty mess. Fortunately i had packed my baby wipes & make up in my bag on the off chance i needed to re-touch.
Doing a green day today , and am not very organised food wise today so menu for me today - :mad:
B - all bran golden crunch cereal( 5.5 syns), skimmed milk (hex a). 2 slices of ww danish toast (2nd hex b) with marmite
L - Tuna & sweetcorn pasta ( hex b for tuna) - 3.5 syns
D - quorn omelette with sw sweet potato chips & salad
snacks - muller light greek yog (0.5), apple & meringue (3 syns) with berries
so annoyed with myself for not being more organised - i could have avoided the 5.5 syns for the cereal if i had thought about it. :mad:

Well done Beanie and Cooking MamaSorry to hear you're disappointed RFD, hopefully it'll show new week.
Well I weighed in last night and gained 0.5lb - am fine with it as I did have a lot to drink, even if it was within syns. Tbh, last week the scale was flickering by half a pound and went down, then this week it flickered by the same half pound and went up, so could well have been a STS or (less likely!) -0.5. Wasn't able to stay to class and I'm away next week but planning to come back in 2 weeks time with a good loss!
Busy day today - lots to do in work then dentist, tea out and theatre with OH and chum. Thinking of Wetherspoons for a cheap SW friendly tea so will peruse the menu in a bit

3 1/2lb loss this week for me, although I didn't go last week so that is actually over 2 weeks - still very happy with that though! 3lbs until my 2 stone sticker.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask a quick question.
I joined SW last night and paid and got my pin number etc but I have since found out that there is a class closer to me which would be more convenient.
Can I just start going to the closer one or do I need to do anything? Am I ok to activate my pin if Im going to move classes?

Hope you are all well I had a fairly good weekend until I discovered that the mahooosive tub of peaches in juice I scoffed is not free after all :eek:. I thought as they were in juice not syrup they were free. I had also got a big tub of pears which I will now have to give away as none of my lot like pears. I am feeling soooo bloated right now, don't know if I am perhaps eatnig too much fruit. Didn't do Jillian at the weekend, but back on it yesterday. I really really hope I lose this week, want to get over that 1 stone mark.

was wondering if anyone could help me. I am completely confused how this diet works, when I last did it....many moons ago it was just green and red days.
I have all the paperwork but a little confused because some pages are green. some orange and some red for original choice.
Sorry if i am being a little thick but I really want to do this diet.
