has anyone ever seen the series called underbelly? Its an aussie drama which is based on events that happened in melbourne (well series 1 at least) in the 90's/early 00's . I watched the first series whilst out in Australia and was hooked.

One of the main characters (Tony Mokbel) had just been extradited back to Melbourne & the trial was being held in Victoria when i was there. The series was not allowed to be shown in Victoria because of the trial.

We've just polished off a tender beef casserole - 2 hrs slow cooking - lean beef, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, parsley, mustard, S & P, 2 tablespoons vinegar (tenderises the meat) stock made with stock cubes. The only thing in that which I had to syn was 1 oz Flour which I used after I had sealed the cubed meat.

Dessert was my fave Muller Lemon Cheesecake Yog which is 1 syn.

I am determined to lose at least a pound this week.:j

Well after feeling chuffed last week I have stayed the same this week. Its another of those weeks where I've stuck to plan so can't explain it away, so frustrating. Hope it isn't going to be another 3 weeks where I don't do very well.
Seriously need to do some exercise, I don't do gyms but quite like walking, just wish the weather would improve as I don't see the point in the rain. I do have an exercise bike but don't have the stamina to do more than 15 mins at a time, think it might be the time to try to slter that.
SW start date 20/02/12 - lost so far 2st 2.5lb

CH27 - I have either a large fruit salad of melon or pineapple with grapes, kiwi, blueberries, banana, raspberries with fat free natural yoghurt or porridge made with skimmed milk, blueberries and a little honey.

We had a long chat at group today about breakfasts. I swapped fruit & fibre for fruit & yogurt & i've stopped losing as well as I was.
A couple of people said the same & the consultant said to have something as well as or instead of fruit & yogurt so that's my challenge for the week.
