No problem, abby. I was 13 st 9.5 lbs when I started and I'm now 10 st 7 lbs. I'm 5 ft 9 so that makes me a slim 12. It took me about 10 months to get to my target.
Just an update on the chilli: apparently there's not a huge amount of meat but plenty of veg in the con carne. If you have the time then add peppers, mushrooms whatever to up the SFs.0 -

Great menu there but just a reminder to add in some veggies to lunch and dinner to make sure you have 1/3 superfree on your plate. Baked beans are free but not superfree - otherwise looking good.Mediterranean Mum

OK. Off Topic, but i need a mini vent. We have a temp worker in who sits next to me and she's a spreader. You know - her stuff just magically migrates outwards from her desk and onto mine. It's driving me nuts as I'm a real virgo minimalist desk person and yet her newspaper is fully open and halfway across my desk! She's not even reading it. Many times I've made a show of clearing up my desk and nudging her stuff back but she's not taken the hint.
I feel petty but aggro! Argh! Office work!0 -
Very mixed up day today here. 90% humidity and I'm dying. Had to sit in an non-airconditioned apartment this morning waiting for the electric company and what was meant to be a 30 minute job became 4 hours! I had no water and no snacks with me - very bad planning I know but really didn't think I was going to get caught out.
Four hours gave me loads of time to menu plan and write the shopping list for the coming week - every cloud has a silver lining !!!!Mediterranean Mum

I get up at 6am as I drop DS at childminder at 7.45 to start work at 8, I don't get home until 5.45 by the time dinner is sorted, tidying up etc am pooped! You will get to enjoy it, I thought I was going to die on level one at first but now on level 2I have an actifry and thats a brilliant bargain you got, bought mine on offer at Christmas at £125 and that was good at the time. I had mine before SW so used the tbsp oil at the time, now though I just use frylight, I don't cut as chips but prefer chunks, I spray all over then cook a few mins to turn and spray again, they are a bit drier but as they're free its a good compromise for me. I did try a mince mix in it once but it stayed in lumps and was a devil to clean so not bothering with that again. Let us know how you go on. Its also great to take in the caravan
Thanks, I wonder if I can use Extra Virgin Olive oil in it then as my HEB, not saying I will use it on a daily basis. Kids & OH actually ate SW chips for the first time the other night & DS never complained so I may try frylight. I had to sell my Connie the Caravan last year, I sure miss her. Hoping to get one
for the start of next season now we are back on our feet.
Sarahs999 My boss is like that, although I am over the other side of the office, his work migrates over 4 desks :eek:.
Medmum - Poor you 4 hours :eek: on a humid day with no air con :eek:. As you said, gave you time to meal plan that you would not have done otherwise:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

I have started SW as from yesterday and joined up Tues night. I am sure that my consultant said to have 2 x HEA and 2 x HEB if doing red or green days.. did I hear her right???0 -

That's interesting to hear that a consultant is actually giving the information about red and green days - thought they all did just EE now.Mediterranean Mum
