1.5 off for me so 5.5 from target. Must say after a 3lb gain and eating 3 superspeed fruits a day i expected more but hey, it's a loss and this is how it goes.

I can't say why but I was fixed on that then one day I was saying to a lady who I was weighing in that she looked absolutely great and she should not be worrying about what the scales said but concentrating on how she felt she looked in the mirror. She agreed that she felt really pleased with how she looked and altered her target. I then realised that I should be taking my own advice!
Have you resched your target? If not how much have you got to lose? x
Just saw this reading back, I too have had people saying to me not to lose anymore, for years I was 7st 10lb , ate what I liked, although I have always been a healthy eater. Looking back now, I don't think I looked healthy.
I was 10 stone 7lbs in January, which at 5'2.5 is the heaviest I have ever been. I then decided I would be comfortable losing exactly 2 stone leaving me at 8st 7lb which I think is healthy for my height. I have 14.5lbs to go yet until target after having a bad month, hopefully I am now back on the right road.:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

WI in tonight but not holding out much hope. My hubby always weighs at home on Wed morning and whatever he does, I seem to do too. Last week we both "maintained" and this morning he "maintained" again.
I am not looking forward to going tonight.:( I have stuck to plan since I started and never go over on my syns but this is just what happened to me last time I did SW and I can never work out why.
Fingers crossed anyway.0 -

Penny are you a yo-yo dieter for many years? I'm not trying to be cheeky but I definitely fall into that category and I've now reached the stage that I just can't lose weight no matter how good I am. I'm losing maybe 1lb a month which is ridiculous and extremely frustrating but I've only got myself to blame as I've abused my body for years.
The only other thing I can suggest is to check how much liquid you're taking in each day.
good luck and sorry can't be more helpful.Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -

Well, what a relief! I actually lost 2lbs so that's a total of 10.5 lbs lost. I can't tell you how pleased I am.:j:j
Med.Mum - no not a yo-yo dieter but I do sympathise with you. If we stick to plan and still don't lose it's very depressing isn't it?0 -
