You just boil the pudding rice for 20 mins in the diet cream soda.
My friend suggested mixing a muller light in once it was cooked but I dident.

    Well, what a relief! I actually lost 2lbs so that's a total of 10.5 lbs lost. I can't tell you how pleased I am.:j:j

Med.Mum - no not a yo-yo dieter but I do sympathise with you. If we stick to plan and still don't lose it's very depressing isn't it?

Oh, well done! 2lbs is a good loss and it must be a great feeling after all your worries earlier today. :T:T:T

Is this pudding rice dish supposed to be like Muller Rice?

I picked up one of those by mistake the other week (someone had returned it to the MullerLight section) and ate it and THEN checked the syns and I was horrified at how high in syns they are for what it is.

    Morning all!

I lost 1lb at weigh in on Tuesday - I was reasonably happy with that.

Our leader started banging on about Body Magic - she was asking people what they do - one woman walks at lunchtime and has done for years. She wanted to give her her Platinum award. Cue me pointing out that to get gold 2 sessions a week are supposed to be 'muscle strengthening'. I know we've discussed this on here before - and walking probbaly doesn't count!

I really wish she'd get her facts right...

    Morning all,

Well done Pennylane and Karen, fab losses!

The sun is shining today and I'm in a good mood :) Wearing the 'small' jeans and a top which fitted at my heaviest but definitely looks better - is so nice to have these little boosts when I don't actually seem to be changing in clothes size. Hoping to go to the pub for a couple of diet cokes (*polishes halo*) after work as it's the friend who is having the pub crawl's actual birthday today* and it's sunny so why not?! Hope everyone else is having some nice weather!

    EE today:
B: Bran flakes (B), milk (A), banana (I really should try and vary my breakfasts a bit :o)
L: L/O soya spag bol (made instead of thai curry last night)
T: Chicken wrapped in bacon with chips, carrots and broccoli
S: HiFi light (3), pineapple, nectarine

    :)

*ETA - there will be cake but I shall resist! Makes it easier that it will be straight after lunch, and since I have refused any on the last few birthdays I think people are getting the hint!

LOL, good on you, you obviously know it better than she does! Isn't it meant to be for things you didn't do prior to losing weight as well? Tbh even though our leader is good, she doesn't bother too much about body magic and only does awards if the member can be bothered to fill in all those sheets off their own back, which I can't. I know it's meant to be an incentive but I think most people are more interested in their weight awards and the odd SOTW.
