WI last night, put on 3lb, not sure what went wrong  Fed up of yoyoing and not getting anywhere. I haven't been out or anything, any suggestions for a guaranteed loss next week please ? I'm on extra easy.

Sorry to hear of your gain, are you keeping a food diary of everything you are eating, counting all syns & eating all syns? Are you having 1/3 SF with each meal (I persnally have 1/3 SF Day rather than with every meal). You may find posting your meal plan here helps, someone can see if there is any room for improvement x

Know just how you feel - I went through the same and got very disheartened.

Are you writing out a food plan and sticking to it? Be honest!
Have you put your menus on here so that everyone can look at it and see if there is somewhere you are going wrong?
    Are you drinking enough fluids?
Are you exercising (I'm not so I'm not one to talk!)
    Are you eating enough?
    Are you eating your syns?

We're here to help and remember we're all in the same boat so we understand exactly where you're coming from. I finally managed to get myself back on the wagon and losing at a snail's pace but it was definitely down to the help and support I've had here.

    good luck

    menu for me today -

B - scrambled eggs, 2 x WW toast with extra light laughing cow (not keen on the taste of this. i find the cheese a bit grainy)
    L - boiled potatoes with 2 quorn sausages (2 syns) , red pesto sauce ( 3 syns)
    D - Pasta with chicken/veggies - 3.5 syns

snacks - pineapple, raspberries & blueberries, Muller light coconut & a mint options hot chocolate (1.5 syns)

As you mentioned the laughing cows rfd, I looked to see where the rest of your HEAs where??? Do you have milk as well? Personally I don't have anything on my toast as I'm too mean to waste syns on spread/butter.

Sorry to hear that mymamma. I'd recommend a food diary. Lots of us post them on here. I find it a good discipline and others will comment if they notice anything that needs tweaking. Plus you get to read about all the lovely things others make.

:Tmcpep on your 2lbs that's a good one.

vicki:naughty: use any energy you have to chase the doctors!! make yourself a bl**dy nuisance, whatver it takes.

I'm having a bit of a flexi day today. Breakfast was SW (kippers), Lunch will be light (loads of fruit and ham) but I've promised a fish & chip supper tonight from the chippy.:o

I have never tried the Extra Light, even before SW days, I alway ate the Light ones which I love, you can have 5 as your A instead of 6 which is not a big loss, try the lighter ones, they are not 'grainy' at all

Urgh. I have a health test today and have to fast for four hours. SO I ate a massive breakfast at 8.30am and yet am sitting here with a gurgling stomach desperately wanting to nibble. If I drink any more water I think I'll drown.

good luck with the test Sarah

This is going to sound really ridiculous, but on fast days (of which we have a few in our religion!), I spend my time reading cookery books!!! Don't know why but it helps me through - call me crazy - you won't be wrong!

    Really? Yes, you're crazy! :)

What's your religion, if you don't mind me asking?

I think it's hard too because I've now got no way of fighting any preg nausea this morning :(

I am Jewish although not all Jews observe all of the fast days and in fact there are only two in the year that I observe. There are many more if one wants to be that daft!
