Why dont you have a look on their website?
I switched from Scottish Slimmers to SW with no bother so I am sure you will be fine
Didn't know you'd done SS before SW. My mum swears by SS although I've barely seen any weight loss on her :rotfl: but she won't hear a word about SW !!!!Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -

three and a half litres of water a day - are you sure???? you need to check that Karen as you can do your kidneys a lot of damage by drinking too much and that sounds like way too much to me - normally it's advisable to drink 2 litres a day to keep hydratedMediterranean Mum

i have heard of a version of this, but its called the 7 deadly sins, its much the same, but as said above by MM i think thats a lot of water, the version i heard was each day have....
2lts of water,
7 syns,
7 speeds,
7 superspeeds,
1 HEA
1 HEB
Try one new dish from the 7 days 7 ways booklet
i do think trying to stick to 7 syns would be hard (torture!!)0 -
Went to my first SW meeting last night, and I'm sorry, but I found it horrible.
I love the 'plan' but the meetings are most definately not for me.
But on a better note, i found out my scales were + 2 stone too heavy!
So by just attending the meeting, I lose 2st :rotfl:
Anyway, I'm off to eat some cabbage!0 -

I agree I didn't like 1st week, I did know the consultant but no one else and one of my pet hates is walking into a room of people I don't know never mind sitting and speaking to them. However, there are quite a few really nice people in our group and sometimes I enjoy the chat while everyone is weighing most. My opinion is if I pick up at least one tip that helps its worth staying.
I am feeling more positive than I did on Monday, so thanks for the kind words. Made a bit more effort planning meals the last couple of days, we had Pork chops on Tues and Salmon yesterday both with potatoes and veggies, tonight is a quick meal of batched mince packed with plenty of veggies with rice. As a change from salads yesterday I took a h/m soup and roll and today had toast spread with Kerry Low Low and plenty of beans. I have also gone back to fruit for breakfast some days. Not a fancy change I know but hopefully it will help a bit.SW start date 20/02/12 - lost so far 2st 2.5lb0 -
Muller Light Lemon Cheesecake yogurts (and also New York City) are on special offer in Morrisons for £1.64 for 6. They are scrummy and I can't live without them now.
The lemon is 1 syn and the NYC is half a syn.0
