  • Feeling very pleased with myself - another 100% day yesterday and having felt totally c**p for the last few weeks I actually felt a lot better last night. Still falling asleep a lot during the day but the heat and the humidity I think have a lot to answer for that but hoping that I'll see a difference in that too if I can carry on like this.

B - 2 fried (Frylight) eggs, small WM roll (HEB), salad with dressing made from 1T light mayo (2), balsamic vinegar, S&P, a little sweetner
L - tuna pasta salad (leaves, tuna, grated carrrot, sweetcorn, tomato, cucumber, red onion, beetroot, dressing - mustard, 1T light mayo (2), sweetner, S&P, rice vinegar
D - pan-fried (Frylight) halibut, 4-grain pilaf (http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/4-grain-pilaf)(2.5), coleslaw with mustard and light mayo (2) dressing

snacks - cherry tomatoes, watermelon, FF vanilla yoghurt

Almost as planned and didn't fall asleep once today :T so obviously the better eating this week is doing me good. As I've said so many times I just wish I could bottle the awful ill feelings I've had for the last few weeks. I do feel that I still want to eat something this evening though so going to bed and hopefully I can forget about it.

Dinner changed to LO cottage pie instead of the 4-grain pilaf which I had with the halibut and coleslaw. I then had a Cadbury's Options which I believe is 2 syns so total syns is 8.

Tomorrow is day 4 and looks like this -

B - FF vanilla yoghurt with frozen strawberries
L - lentil & vegetable soup; vegetable frittata
D - lentil & vegetable soup; chicken strips; 4-grain pilaf

    snacks - cherry tomatoes

Sorry to bore everyone with this but feel I have to blog it to help me stay on track.

Disappointed with my WI tonight. Stayed the same - that's the first time in 6 weeks I haven't lost at all. Not sure why really because I always stick to plan. Consultant recommended drinking more fluids so I will do that and see what happens next week.

Finding it hard to keep up with not being able to get on the forums at work properly :(

    Anyway catch up -

Vicki - hope you get well soon x and as Medmum says don't start exercising too soon, give yourself some time to recouperate..

    Hi AngB - welcome x

    Great loss Guppycaz :T
K&F - same here and that's exactly why I've been around constantly for the last couple of days - reporting in that I'm still being good. So stupid and so childish I know but hey whatever helps I'll go for it. So continue counting the hours and before you know it the day will be gone.

Halfway through 3rd 100% day here (so far so good)!

I don't think it's stupid or childish.. :) This is your class and this is your support network, if it helps you achieve your goal then it's wonderful to hear.. Without being too gushy, i think it's great that you've got back on track, it gives inspiration to people who are/were also struggling, now if only i could follow suit!

PMT and hormones means i've struggled all week, weigh in is tomorrow and i'm hoping for at least half a pound.. i feel really bloated at the moment..

My plan for tomorrow - green day

    B - apple, yogurt, choc weetabix (2)
L - jacket and philly light (Hea)
T - spaghetti carbonara (Hea) with bacon (heb)
    S - french fries (4) satsumas, strawberries
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

I stayed the same last week and that was my 6th week too, I completely stuck to plan for the whole week but I lost 4lbs this week so perhaps it was just water retention or something?

OMG:eek: I have been counting these as free, I have one every afternoon in work with a chopped banana in it; I am gutted as I checked these against muller (well only the saturated fat) any idea on any the rest of them as I get them sometimes as well, I should have been adding 24.5 calories a week to my total when I was counting them for free :(:(:(:(.

I thought it was fab as they were only 31p compared to muller :( I got some rowan Glen toffee yogurts for 3p at Mr A tonight, better get on & check them as well.

Made up my syn box for the week, have told kids not too touch as its mine

Going to try upload a pic, been good tonight, had chilli & rice to drink I had diet irn bru, not a glass of wine.

Used my HEA for 45g low low cheese with some pickles. :A

Med mum whatever keeps you on track.....do it. As I have said my downfall is wine, just a habit having a wee glass or two at night but a habit that has to be broken so wine is in said syn box and will stay there until the weekend.1341429611965.jpg

Disappointing WI here too; gained .5 pound. No idea how as I have stuck to plan. Consultant thinks it could be because I've upped my body magic, don't take in enough fluids or don't have many syns. I will not be deterred though and will strive for my next mini goal. I have to do this - I want to be healthier and enjoy life and be around for my DS, DD and OH.

Vicki - glad to hear that you have different meds now. And good for your Dad for sticking up for you.

RFD - take care of yourself.
