If I don't stay to group, I've found I either stay the same or have a gain the next week. I had to go to a different group last week and felt a bit lost without my usual group who are so supportive. Everyone made a dish last night to try, well the blancmange was divine! Lost 3 and a half this week
wow, great loss, well done!0 -

Can anyone tell me how many syns in 50g Dark/Plain cooking chocolate, I made a big pot of chilli the other day with EL mince, everything else is free, think I got around 10 portions so am counting 2 syns for the chocolate, just need to know if this is enough
Missed this earlier- can't see if anyone's answered but if not it's 13 syns for 50g, so 2 per portion easily covers it

I looked at your menu macpep and success express came to mind as something for you to try. I don't think you'd need to tweak things much. I'd have to look up the details but briefly it's two-thirds of SFs instead of a third. And well done on really going for the superspeedy fruits. One plus side of this time of the year is that melon and strawberries are cheap(er) and plentiful.
I buy the frozen summer berries & raspberries from Aldi, they do me all week, yes strawberries & melon are cheap just now, I have strawberries growing at home but so far only had 1 strawberry from it :rotfl:I have berries every morning, I love fruit & veg & eat it in abundance, thats why I am at a loss as to how I am gaining:eek: think I need to plan my weekends better, lie you when I am at home I don't stick to plan properly, I actually probably eat more through the week at work than I eat at the weekends at home.:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T
