Caroline- any reason for the gain or completely out of the blue?

I wasn't great the week before and lost 1.5lb so I expected to struggle a bit this week (my losses seem to be a week behind) but I stuck to plan all week and expected a STS or even a small loss, never did I expect 3.5lb on !!

Anyway, go on holiday next Friday so am determined to stick to it 100% this week, and then while I am away I eat quite well anyway as I love the salads and fruit in Turkey, and also swim quite a bit on holiday and I don't drink so am hoping to come back with a loss too.

Have a fab holiday Caroline. I go away a week on Monday so my last WI is Monday coming. I am really looking forward to 11 days all inclusive and will eat and drink to my wee heart's content then start again when I come back. This holiday has been booked for 18 months and I am damn sure I am ggoing to enjoy it :D

Thanks, ours is all inclusive too, but I always drift towards the healthy food on holiday anyway and don't drink. The only thing which might hinder me a bit is getting "fat" coke instead of "light". I always ask for the light version but doubt I get it all the time...lol

Where are you heading too ?

Hi, can I join you? I've just joined SW again (I lost 13llbs last year. But then stopped due to personal reasons)but now back in the mindset. I've really been enjoying reading this thread, it's like an extension of image therapy which I think I need to keep me on the straight and narrow :rotfl:

It's a bit of a hard weekend to start as its DH's birthday so we are out for a meal tonight, tomorrow and Sunday lunch

I've been on a long bike ride this morning and will be swimming tomorrow so hopefully that will reduce the damage :o

    Em x

    Welcome to the thread:)

Me too - I joined S/W after my DD2 had done her GCSE's. She has just done her A Levels despite not being well.

Welcome, you are right this is like an extended image therapy. I love going to a group but find the encouragement on here invaluable. Have a good weekend, make some good choices and you'll be fine. x

You're not having enough fruit & veg and if it's a green day you need to HEB or syn your fish.
