Morning All
Well I was with Jillian this morning at 6.15  got my workout in before leaving for work. I was glad i done it yesterday morning as I never got back home until after 9 last night.
It is our 15 year wedding anniversary today, DH is backshift then playing pool so we are not going out until Saturday, to an Italian so I am going to see if I can get a menu to see what is SW friendly, so far only had 12 syns, so hope to save the rest for Saturday.
Todays EE Plan
B - 1/2 Melon with berries, FF Nat yoghurt, Alpen Light (1/2 HEB)
L - Cheese & Ham Salad, Kiwi, peach, Alpen light (HEA & 1/2 HEB)
D - Leftovers from last nights speedy chicken rice
S - Toffee Muller, Banana
Drinks - Green Tea all day:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Congrats Macpep on your anniversary and congrats to all the losers this week.
I have my monthly WI on Sunday but I can feel that I haven't lost anything. I'm still very up and down with the plan - some days great and some days just can't be bothered preparing anything. The weather is so hot I just don't feel like doing anything.
Someone mentioned about not going to work the other day and not knowing how to handle being in the house - that's what I have everyday as I work from home and it's a bloody nightmare. I really wish I could afford to move my office back out of the house - I'd be so much more disciplined.Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -
Morning all
Well done to all the losers :j
I am trying to have a syn free day today as i'm at a friends for dinner tonight and have no idea what they are making. So not committed to EE, G or R yet.
B: branflakes (heb), tea (HEa is milk for both)
S: pear
L: crudites (pepper, radishes, carrots, cherry toms) with philly dip (HEa)
Actually just realised with 2 HEas then i've ruled out EE as an option so will bear that in mind when i eat dinner!0 -
Just had my breakfast! Went shopping and lost track of time - was very good and didn't buy food when out though despite being ravenous.
1.5A for milk
Coffee
1 x weetabix(1/2B), tea, sugar(1)
Lentil soup
Spag bol(B), cheese (1/2A, 1/2B - being cunning on green plan...) salad
Some syns will be had later. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Hi Medmum, I would love to work from home but I suppose that is the downside, the discipline. Can you not make up your "lunch" the night before & also decide what you are having for Breakfast & any snacks, put them in a large tub or bag in the fridge & have set break times i.e.
Teabreak/breakfast 10.00am - 10.15am
Lunch 30 minutes or 1 hour - 12.00-1pm
Snack between 3-4pm
That way if you have made stuff at night when its cooler you won't need to worry about being to hot & having to stand & make something
I wish you well at WI as I know you have been working hard with your walking:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

I've been pondering over something today.
Every week I hear stories (or excuses) at SW group of WHY people haven't stuck to plan or why they will struggle in the week ahead.
Some I can understand to a point but a woman at our group said "my daughter's doing her GCSE's." Errrr .... so what? Why should a kid doing exams affect what you put in your mouth? I just don't get it.0 -

But if people are paying to go to SW each week and trying to lose weight why do they put stuff in their mouths which they know is not part of their SW eating plan.
What I'm trying to say is .... why can't they fill up on the right stuff? They can eat free food until it comes out of their ears and low syns stuff so why would a child taking some exams cause a person to start eating pie and chips?0
