Put 0.5 on this week. Really don't know why. Suggested at group that maybe I hadn't been eating enough:huh: How would that work? I know that I often only have 2 meals a day, as by the time I remember breakfast, it's usually lunch time! What do you think?
Lost 38.5 lb with SW so far, 56LB to go!:A

Have been lurking but not posting recently, lost my mojo a bit and just generally felt knackered and fed up :o gained lb each of last few weeks but last week lost .5lb so at least a loss. Still a lb under target though.
Well done all you losers and hugs to those in need :A:A

Re mince - always try for extra lean but as everyone says too expensive so mostly use lean and drain off.

Re supplements - I take evening primrose 1000g & Vitamin B6 and have NEVER synned them [been taking them for donkeys years] oh by the way what does starflower do? Mr T only has EP with SF so was wondering whether to get them instead.

Re target advice - not really got any at the moment [lost mojo :(] but when I'm on the ball I usually do SW M-F then relax at the weekend [although recently my weekends start on Friday :o] This week I have tried to behave and have had lots of plain couscous with salad for lunches and more couscous with whatever in the evening, can't eat salad or fruit in evenings as the water content goes through me and I have disturbed nights visiting the loo. Must have a tiny bladder as usually only have 1 coffee and a glass of water for breakfast and nowt else all day except for fruit/salad and still visit loo lots during day/evening so no way could I drink the recommend amount of water a day although have read that the daily fluid intake includes the fluid you 'eat'.
Sorry waffling too much, will go now as need a 'visit' :p

Mymamma as mad as it sounds you can gain if you don't eat enough. I remember when I first started SW 1st week lost 4lb 2nd put ON 1.5lb and when we looked at my food diaries the 2nd week had a lot less food than the 1st so 3rd week ate more frees and lost 3lb. So moral is eat MORE superfree/free and LOSE 'simples' :-)
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
