i really do love SW, its not a diet, it is DEFO something you can do for the rest of your life?
how much do you want to loose in total this time?
you are right...IT WILL HAPPEN...becaure YOU will make it happen,
its not easy, but i think..IMO...being fat is a lot harder, than getting up and doing something about it.
you are trying on clothes in shops with the sweat lashing off you, cause you are squeezing into things, then you buy things not because you like them, or thats what you want, you buy them because they fit you.
you cant find a car parking space near enough the door and you dont want to walk too far.
you avoid the camera.
you avoid shopping.
you avoid eating out because you dont want people looking at you thinking "any wonder she is fat"
i say.."you"..i of course mean "me"
cause thats what i was like
I would be happy to lose 5 stone and get into a size 10/12. The thing is I don't think I'm fat, in my head I'm thin until I see a picture of myself and I think OMG I look hideous. Last year before I lost my 3 stone I was really starting to struggle to get clothes from Primark but just managed, it's ok again now I can buy most things from there. If I hadn't joined SW I would've been back to where I was last summer. I remember losing my 7 stone years ago walking into Next and buying a pair of jeans size 10 and I knew I was a definite size 10 because there clothes back then were not very generous fitting, it's changed a little bit since then but if I can get into a size 10/12 Next pair of jeans I will happy!0 -

Are you a SW consultant? You certainly have all the inspirational "been there done that" to run one!
I have to agree with you piglet74, SW is easier to keep up with than not.
I still can't get over the savings I am making; in true MSE style tonight's spag bol was tempered down with lentils -neither kid noticed!(asda's £3.03 lean mince divided into four portions - 3 of which are now in the freezer) Was lovely, served up with corn on the cob and spiral pasta. I think the whole family meal cost £3!
Very full now.
I think some cheese and crackers for snacks tonight with a small glass of wine to relax with and I'll be ready for another WI tomorrow.0 -

lamarsi that chicken and veg homemade soup sounds yum. Excellent idea! I think I might put the slow cooker to use for tommorow too!0 -

it is!!! I roasted a chicken this morning then got all my old takeaway trays and made six chicken dinners and froze 5 of them and stripped the rest of the chicken and used the rest of the veg to make it, so technically its leftover soup :j
just had another bowl yum
congrats on your amazing weight loss btwget rid of all the pounds by summer !!

1x hifi lite bar
1/2 bag grapes
small jar of cockles
im making stew for dinner that'd feed the 5000! steak pieces, extra lean mince steak, potatoes, carrots, parsnips, onion, tomato puree, herbs and stock cubesand so far i THINK thats all syn free? i normally add a small spoon of bisto powder watered down (for colour moreso) and then serve
