Forgot to ask - how many ryvitas (just the boring plain wholemeal ones) do you get for a HEB?

    Thanks

girlies does anyone know the syn value of vegetable roll? i dunno if its just an irish thing, though.

you buy it from the butchers and its basically like.... sausage meat and chopped up veggies in a roll that is then sliced into 1 cm circles.

dearest father has decided thats what he wants for dinner lol, but for the life of me, i cant find the values anywhere :S

i think its an Irish thing, i love it!!!

i just count it like a sausage, or try and buy the low fat one, a butcher comes to our SW class and he has the syn free one, its not as nice, but it does the trick, if you cant get it, just count each slice as 2 or 3 syns, i would usually just have one slice on a "fry up", HTH;)

tho if you look back over my sig.i do have a few good weeks, and then a STS, or a half off, or a half on. It has been every 4th or 5th week usually,

i dont have periods (on the depo injection) but i still think that your body goes though some kind of change every month regardless,

the scales sat at STS, then at the last second, clicked to half pound gain :mad:

It's a horrible feeling watching those scales! I'm sure if it's something hormonal you will have lost really but it isn't showing due to water retention or whatever. Remember everything catches up with you good or bad.

ww, confused about Ryvita as website says 2 and 4 on the same list??? I'll check my book and get back to you.

i think how ryvita works is 2 are superspeed, but you are allowed 4.

Did you fidget on them ?:D
I think you might be right about the * week thing though, so well done :T

WelshWoofer: 4 Original/dark rye is the maximum allowance on HEB
If yuo want super to super speed things - then 2 is the allowance.

:rotfl:i was as still as a wax dummy!

til it went to the half pound, then i could not wait to get off:rotfl:

i just need to remind my self that i have lost 77.5lbs (5 stone 7.5lbs) in 38 weeks, and that is far beyond my wildest dreams, i am 9.5lbs from target, and i didnt think i could do it in under a year, but i have 14 weeks left, and now i think i can do it, in fact, i KNOW i can and i will:o I WILL LOOSE 9.5LBS IN 14 WEEKS!:D

    Hi Everyone

Congratulations on the those that are loosing..cant wait to back in the same boat again.. Feel like i have lost my mojo slightly these past few days. :o

Had my weigh in last night and have gained 2lbs . I dont know if i should put this down to hormones or the fact i scoffed pizza/chocolate and guzzled alcohol at weekend. Its probably 50:50 . I know i do gain at this time of the month :(

Anyway had a pants day yesterday but today am feeling a bit more perky and motivated :T:)

    Food menu for today -

Breakfast - 30g All Bran Golden Crunch (HEXB ) and 200ml of skimmed milk ( HEXA) .. Is it sad that i use a measuring jug for the milk??

Lunch - Amazing & scrummy salad :j:D which consisted of new potatoes, beetroot, rocket, grated carrot, baby mushrooms and a pack of bernard matthews turkey tikka chunks -

Dinner - SW chips with paprika, and omelette using sweetcorn, peas, onion, rest of baby mushrooms and some quorn chicken peices (think these are free?? will need to double check??) .

Snacks - raspberries, mango, blueberries, strawberries, grapes , a muller light mint yoghurt.

I love berries.. they are so delicious :heart2:. I dont know why i thought i disliked fruit so much :undecided

Not had any syns for today and am still undecided if i should have any given how i have had a rubbish few days. I know they say they are there to be used so perhaps i should have some at least? *has a think*
