Itseems to have settled down now, took a couple of weeks or so.:)
And I see you still lost 3.5lbs in your first week. well done! So it must be something to do with a change in eating habits.
Just tried the Morrisons healthy eating sausages and they were really nice 1/2 syn each, I'm very fussy about my sausages, I like the proper meaty ones rather than the processed tasting ones and these were ok, not as meaty as I'd like but better than some of the rubbish ones out there. Can anyone tell me how they compare to Tesco sausages which I believe are 1syn each?0 -

Hi All
Not been on for a few days.. still hormonal and suffering pretty badly this month.
Had a terrible weekend, ended up having drinks on friday night after work and then came home & ate pizza
Saturday was a reasonable day until the evening and polished off a large bar of chocolate and 3 glasses of wine
Yesterday i had a syn free day which was a struggle but i managed (was sitting on my hands at one point & chanting " keep out of the cupboards)..it worked at least.
Having another rubbish day but so far stayed on track and have had the following
Breakfast - omelette with mushrooms using HEX A allowance of cheese , 2 slices of WW toast with a small amount of flora extra light marg ( one syn because of the teeny amount used)
Lunch - Last nights stirfry - (3 syns as used a packet of sharwoods black bean sauce ..its 6 syns in total).. Will be buying more of these sachets as they are pretty good for syn values. Better than blue dragon at least.
Dinner - Large Jacket Spud topped with tuna and side salad (i like the look of the beetroot & orange on SW website)
Snacks - an apple, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries & a satsuma so far.
Its weigh in this PM..am dreading it and fully expecting for them to say you have gained 3lbs this week. I am a fat ommpa lumpa
Sorry for moaning..just very fed up

Rainbow - hope you feel better soon. Chin up:(
Been to work today (even though I'm on Easter hols) and managed to resist the mid morning toast and crumpets put on for the revising kids and had an Alpen Light instead. Very virtuous!
Today's food will be green....
Breakfast - Alpen light
Snack - Alpen light (are there 2 for a HEB?)
Lunch - 2 pieces of small wholemeal bread(HEB), scraping of marg (syns?), lettuce, quorn ham and tomato, satsuma
Tea - probably HM bean veggie chilli to use up a load of peppers, onions and mushrooms in the fridge with a bit of grated cheese of top (HEA)
There's mint choc Mullers and strawberries and raspberries in the fridge if I need a dessert later.
Need to do some exercise later - probably a big walk with the dog although its freezing here today:eek:0 -

girlies does anyone know the syn value of vegetable roll? i dunno if its just an irish thing, though.
you buy it from the butchers and its basically like.... sausage meat and chopped up veggies in a roll that is then sliced into 1 cm circles.
dearest father has decided thats what he wants for dinner lol, but for the life of me, i cant find the values anywhere :SI'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!0
