    Good afternoon.

Feeling a lot less bloated today but I just had jacket potatoes so I will see if it's the potatoes causing the bloating...

    anyway todays food plan

Breakfast - Fruit and Fibre with skimmed milk(using skimmed milk for syns, so 1.5syns and HEB
Lunch SW quiche which btw is pretty amazing, Im not a lover of quiche but this was super nice, with a jacket potato and spaghetti hoops. A mullerlight with strawbs and raspberries.
    Dinner Beef stew and mash.

I've put a glass of red wine in the stew, how many syns should I count for that, the stew is being distributed between 4 people, maybe even 5?

    despite being really good,

tho in the 3 weeks previous i lost 7.5lbs, so i cant complain, its just a bit  if you gain when you are really good, what will happen when you are a wee bit bold!

Wow piglet, am I right in thinking you've lost over 5 stone in about 35 weeks, tried counting it all but not sure if I counted it out correctly.

    Well done you! :T

Are you doing any form of exercise to help with the weight loss or is it all SW?

Doing ok - hubby can't quite believe how much I am allowed to eat after other diets.

last night I had dan dan noodles with lean pork - had a few peanuts in which I counted a sins. I half filled the plate with a totally free asian coleslaw made with carrot, spring onions, fennel and cabbage with a lemon juice and soy dressing. I was stuffed!

    Today

alpen (hex b) with ff greek yog
crustless quiche with spinach, mushrooms and leeks and a baked sweet pot
dinner will be bubble and squeak with poached eggs and baked beans

hex a will be some cheese - on the ryvita that is the other half of the hex b as a suppertime snack

The coleslaw sounds delicious! Did you put it through a food processor and then add the lemon and soya sauce?

Gosh, I'm picking up so many ideas from here... it's like the sw meetings but better!

I'm having an amazing SW day(well, could be better with some Body Magic but I just really need a lazy day after my 'holiday' LOL) :D

    My food diary so far:
1 slice ham(we brought it from back home and it's all home made and smoked etc. and just lovely :p)
    3 oranges
mullerlight(tried the mint&choc for first time and not that nice imo)
    2 slices ham
coffee with 125ml ss milk(trying to cut down on milk so I can have 2 coffees within my HEXA)
prawn, veg and noodle stir fry
    strawberries
*might have another coffee maybe with alpen light as I didn't have my HEXB today and don't really want it
*dinner will be chicken and veg quiche
*also I think I'll go syn free today as again I don't really want anything

I get so motivated when I see the weight going down! :j

PS. Not sure if everyone knows but:
mullerlight 5 for 1 GBP in Mr M
    6pack 1GBP in Mr T (I think)

Depends on the size - have taken the syn value from the SW site -

    125ml - 4.5 syns -
    175ml - 6 syns
    250 ml - 8.5 syns

Personally for the smaller & medium size i think i would count 2 or 3 and the larger one maybe 3.5?

    HTH :D

thats right, well its now 5 stone 7.5lbs in 38 weeks,

    i take Xenical (Orlisat),
do LOTS of exercise, eg walk every day, 100 / 250 weight bands per day, swimming once or twice a week, and a circuit / boxercise class once a week.
    AND follow the SW plan,
so i tihnk its a combination of all 3 thats got me this far, it might sound like a lot of weight, but its just over 2lbs a week (77.5lbs in 38 weeks) so i hope that the next...the last 9.5lbs come off without much bother.

I think that's brilliant. I'm starting the gym at the end of April and hoping it helps me along. I would like to lose 4 stone by 1st Nov because that's when we go on holiday. I worked out I would have to lose an average of 2lbs per week to get to my goal and you have shown it's definitely do-able!
Keep up the good work, I bet people hardly recognise you now.

The recipe was one I found online - it used 'ponzu' sauce which I goggled and turned out can sub a mix of citrus juice and soy - reckon it'd be even yummier with lime or a mix. I just chopped the veg by hand but yep guess could shred in the fp. If the kids hadn't been eating it too I would have added some julienne chilli too. The original recipe used sesame seeds but I left them out as was already having the peanuts but would inc if I had the syns
