welcome watchit, and WOW!! Well done to you and your family.
After WI each week I come on here to tell everyone and text my 2 best friends. I also post on FB when I have hit another award and it's great having encouragement and feedback from all 3 sources. When my DD comes home from school on a Monday the first thing she does is go into the kitchen and look on the cupboard door to see if I have got any more certificates.Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000

WI this morning and a loss of 1.75lbs
, taking my total to 2st 5.75lbs.
My next mini goal is to have lost 3st by the end of August when the kids go away for a few days, as it will be then that I will let myself relax and just eat what I want, then get straight back on it again. I did this for our holiday at the end of may (without the kids) and I gained 6.5lbs in a week , but lost it all again in 2 weeks. So those are the treats that I am going to allow myself for hitting my mini goals.
I have a question for any of you guys that have lost a lot of weight regarding mince, did you use the extra lean, or just the lean. I ask this because the extra lean is sooooo bloomin expensive and I'm sure I read somewhere that someone was using just lean and draining the fat off, but surely its about the actual cut of beef that is used and there must be fat actually in it that you can't drain off, any help gratefully receivedSW Journey Re Re-started 25/02/14
