Please share the following information with your friends.
I don't know WHY I didn't figure this out before!!!!!!
I wash my hair in the shower and the shampoo runs down all over me
Printed clearly on the label is the following warning;
FOR EXTRA VOLUME AND BODY
No wonder I've been gaining weight over the years!!!!
I have gotten rid of that shampoo and am going to start using Dish Washing Liquid instead.
Its label reads, "DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE."
Problem solved! If I don't answer the phone.....I'll be in the shower!

Thank you everyone for your kind words - I have never taken a step back and really acknowledged how well I have done. I have always seen it very negatively, along the lines of "there is nothing to be proud of because I shouldn't have let myself get so big in the first place".
This is one of the reasons I love slimming world so much - the support is second to none.
Thanks again everyone xx0 -
Louise22 - you're doing so well - congratulations.0

Having looked at your food diaries I can see that I am eating far too much free food (snacking). The problem is I always want to eat (which is why I am in this situation in the 1st place). How do you limit what you eat when you never get full?0

hello can I post back here please (tail between legs).
Had done averagely well over 3 months losing 10lb on red/green days. Then found out I was expecting a baby ammonite, sickness kicked in and it was a miracle I ate anything so just ate what I felt like. Weight gain = 0lb. That was fine until the sickness disappeared and I continued eating rubbish....weight gain = 8lb. I realise a small part of that is baby but as I've got a longggggggg way to go until due date.....I cannot afford to be adding that much weight every few weeks.
I don't get on well with extra easy as I can't eat much fruit and veg but I need to give that or some sort of healthy eating a go so although I may not be slimming worlding I'd love to join you again for the support. I will probably be the only person on the thread whose weight goes up!
P.S I do know I can't diet whilst pregnant but Extra Easy with 2 As and 2 Bs is OK (its basically just healthy eating). I'm too weak to count calories anyway. Also I'm not trying to lose weight, just attempting not to gain 6 stone (on top of the 4 I'm already overweight!)0 -
:TPennylane:T Great stuff. Keep it up.

Free foods are fine, Super free foods are the ones you want to be snacking on if you can. Look in your yellow book or online for all the superfrees. Opt for them first. Scanbran is a good fillerupper- but only if you can deal with the albran like stuff.hello can I post back here please (tail between legs).

Slimming World is the only diet you can do while pregnant and BFing.Dont expect to lose, but it will help you eat healthy for the wee one growing. Best time to change the habits of a lifetime is when your life gets upheaved by the arrival of a little one. Congratulations.
And back from weigh in - 1.5lb this week. Looks like I have finally found my steady pace and the big drops will stop now. Hey ho..considering how much alcohol I've downed this week though perhaps I shouldn't be so down on myself.
