Afternoon!
First red day in forever but had a craving for steak!
2 x A for milk
Coffee
2 x Weetabix(B), sugar(1), tea
Bacon roll(B), yoghurt(0.5), tea
Fillet steak & salad
Strawberries and meringue(5) and yoghurt
Does that look ok for a red day? Haven't done one for so long:oThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

CY - you are an inspiration to us - show us how it's done.
KandFsmam - those comments are great. Makes you feel all kinds of smug. (Especially when you hear a whispered @I wish I could do that@)
Louise - I have lost this weight once before - and piled it all back on and more - you are not the only one. Don't worry. I am of a mind that if you can do it once there is no reason for you to do it again.
G&B - I haven't done a red day, but it 'looks' right.
Just back from taking hubby for a chest xray, he is also on antibiotics - littlest is hacking again so I am dreading the coming days. They seem to pass lurgy from one to the other and back again. I am beginning to wonder if it is something I am doing wrong. *sigh*
Ah well - weigh in looms for me at 7pm0 -
I had 5 slices of pizza last night from Dominos, today I feel horredous, almost hungover! Stomach ache, feel sick, dehydrated, I think my body had got used to all the healthiness and it definitely didn't like the pizza. Won't be doing that again
After a while you can feel grease and fat in your mouth. - Then you notice that it's mucked up your digestion.
Then you start to taste sweetners in your food too. Foul aftertaste and headaches.
It's more than just a diet it's a real health kick this SW thing. And a moneysaver too. Cooking from scratch is sooooo much cheaper.

Thought for the day...
Please share the following information with your friends.
I don't know WHY I didn't figure this out before!!!!!!
I wash my hair in the shower and the shampoo runs down all over me
Printed clearly on the label is the following warning;
FOR EXTRA VOLUME AND BODY
No wonder I've been gaining weight over the years!!!!
I have gotten rid of that shampoo and am going to start using Dish Washing Liquid instead.
Its label reads, "DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE."
Problem solved! If I don't answer the phone.....I'll be in the shower!Mediterranean Mum

I'm interested in the comments about the pizza-eating/feeling ill.
Hubby and I have not had bread for 4 weeks (nor Pizza or anything like that) and we both feel so much less bloated and not so burpy. My friend has not had bread for a week or so and had some the other day and she felt hugely bloated and quite off-colour for a few days afterwards.
We did have a healthy options tortilla wrap (8 syns!!!) each the other lunchtime with grilled chicken and salad and we honestly didn't enjoy them because we both got a bit of indigestion.0 -
I haven't had any bread this week and haven't had any indigestion which I usually have on a daily basis.
Can't say I feel any less bloated really but then I generally have a bit of digestive problem so maybe it just needs some time.Mediterranean Mum
