Holy cow, you've nearly lost me! Another stone and a half and I'd be gone:rotfl:

Honestly that's amazing, you must feel great.

You're fritatta is free assuming no oil in cooking, all fruit is free, your alpens are your B choice so you need to syn your hifi bar and thins, hifi is 5 or 6 and thins are 1.5 each. So you're at about 20/21 syns so far.
So not the worst day ever. If you had had a proper dinner rather than loads of cereal bars/ryvita your day would have been fine.
    Planning is the key.

2 Alpen Lights are a HEB.
Lemon Hifi Bar is 5-6 syns.
Ryvita Thins appear to be 2 syns EACH
So you're looking at 27-28 syns for the day.
I'd just call today Flexi-Syn and start fresh tomorrow.
We all have munchy days. HTH
G&B beat me to it! And with probably more accurate numbers lol.

Thanks guys - lost 8 stone in 1 year but had a massive blow out last week so have been playing with the same few pounds....I feel very embarrassed that I had that amount to lose to begin with (and more) but nevermind, least I am trying :)

My main problem was missing lunch as I was working in the garden and lost track of time, so had the rice and fish for my dinner and then was still craving something...but kitchen is now closed for the night so will start afresh in the morning. Thanks for your help...xx
