Dinner = Brown fish and packet of Uncle Ben's rice (2syns)

What on earth is brown fish?

That's exactly what I was wondering :rotfl:

Brown fish is Cobbler or smoked Cod or smoked Haddock...it is lovely. I am not a fan of "normal" fish, but this is so tasty.
    ;)I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY;)

so back to being FREE again next week :money:

    Well done you!

I didn't make it to gfroup last week - DD2 is in the middle of A Levels and needed extra support. * duly turned up, but the bloated feeling hasn't yet resolved(???) and I feel worse than I did last week. Expecting a gain tonight - jeans feel tight :(.

DD2's exams are practically over - so I'm back on board 100%. I need to decide whether to buy another countdown....

Off for a cuppa and some melon - congrats to all the losers and welcome to all the newbies....

Thanks. Have to say I'm not a fan of Cobbler but don't mind a bit of smoked haddock or cod now and again.

Absolutely gutted - I got a 2 litre bottle of what I *thought* was diet orangeade. Nope, was FULL SUGAR and I have had about 3/4 of the bottle :(

Must be more vigilant in future :(

Well done for those that have lost this week.

Weigh in tonight for me. Have stuck to plan 100% and been exercising, which is a first for me! I wanted to lose 3 and half pounds this week but I only normally lose a pound or two so maybe I've aimed a bit high!

    Oh well, fingers crossed :)

Macpep - sorry to hear about your little cat.
Piglet - fantastic WI for you this week. How do you do it? You are inspirational.
And for everyone else well done, however your week has been.

I've just committed the cardinal sin of weighing myself. :T
I know, I know, I shouldn't have! And now I'm really regretting it as the scales say I have put on 2lbs since last Wednesday. Agghhhhh. And I have stuck to plan, so feeling despondent.

But even though the scales are not being kind today clothes say that I have changed overall. I ordered a maxi dress and a skirt 2 sizes smaller than when I started - and they fit. Am so excited, a couple of new items for my hols in August.

Must, must stay on plan. It really would be so easy to slip back into the old ways.
