Some fantastic losses there guys well done :T:T
Didn't get round to exercising last night as felt completely rotten, I'm on the depo injection so don't get periods but I've had this dull ache like period pain for the last few days, coupled with a really bad headache. I don' get headaches that often, but when I do they are really bad
I'm going to try and up my water intake for the day to see if that helps, but I already feel like today will be a struggle.
Got my WI tomorow, am hoping for 3lbs to take me back into the 12's but I can't really see it happening, I feel so bloated and heavy in myself if that makes sense?0 -

Well instinct was right - 3.5lbs on! So I've bought what is going to be my final 12 week countdown, and booked my holiday!
I do not want to be 12 stone 5!
I am going to get under 12 stone!
Today is complicated! - Got to take DD1 to the orthodontist and then run to work.....
Don't let me give up folks...
We won't
Well done to all the losers. Louise that is amazing :T

Morning all, hope you're all well?
I'm off to the Highland Show with work this morning and wont be home until Fri night so another 3 days of trying to choose wisely and not fall off the wagon.
I have packed some Asda healthy choice moroccan couscous pot thingies, only 1.5 syns and really filling; you just pour the hot water on them and leave them for a few mins so dead easy to do on the trade stand. I'l buy some fruit on the way up - probably a bag of pears and a bunch of bananas then try not to pick at the biscuits, cheese and cream scones that will be on the stand for clients
Shelliehollie - like you I am starting to get some great comments from people and it doesn't half give you a boost! I am now 14st 8lb instead of the 17st 13lb I was when I last saw a lot of my colleaguesSize 18s fit comfortably instead of squeezing into 22s
I know my BMI is still "obese" but I'm less obese that I was and I'm looking forward to being "overweight" very soon.....
ETA Completed day 4 of the 30 day shred last night.... it's still hard but it's getting easier!Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000

Morning all,
Some great losses on here, well done! And Louise, as everyone else has said, fantastic achievement!
Feeling a bit flat today and yesterday, not sure why. Someone in work has got me down a bit and work generally is annoying me, and just overall feeling a bit inadequate and rubbish. Had a fab evening with my friends and stuck to the 2 small wines whilst avoiding the crisps completely. Had a lovely risotto and salad and was pleased that I didn't overeat but when I got home I was hungry (I blame the wine) so had a kitkat and a freddo, then a couple of pieces of light cheese and some chicken. Not too bad I know as had a few syns left and only used half of my HEA, but still felt like a binge as I stood at the fridge shovelling it into my mouth!
Been busy every evening this week and am stressing that I haven't got time to do things after work like organise my meals, make lunch for next day as well as other house stuff. It's silly really as the things I've been busy with have been nice things like seeing friends and cinema with OH tonight, but the one thing that is guaranteed to stress me out is having too much to do and feeling like there's not enough time to do it. OH is going to a summer solstice cricket match late tonight and I don't fancy getting in after 9, sorting out all 4 cats on my own then making tea and trying to sort some lunch for tomorrow, so we have rearranged cinema for tomorrow - not as MSE but he's said he'll treat me from the £70 he won on the fruit machine in the pub yesterday (I will keep my opinion on his petty gambling to myself atm, likely to stress me more!)
Sorry for that protracted rant folks, feels better to get it out there
Unorganised green day today:

Morning All
Can I just say, some fabulous losses this week, well done to you all, keep up the good work. I am not a loser this week
Thanks for all the thoughts for my wee pepper, It will take a while getting used to her not being around, kids have been surprisingly better than I thought.
1lb gain for me this week, which although I expected it, I thought it would be more, maybe just feeling bloated due to AF.
Right new week, 44 days until my holiday so need to stay on plan 100%.
My friends OH has my 100 EE days book for me but I have not got them in yet to be able to collect it, think this will help me with planning.
Todays EE Plan
B – Berries, Kiwi, FF nat yoghurt
L – WM Pitta with chicken & salad, melon, strawberries (HEB)
D – Sausage & Bean pasta bake. with veg (3 syns & HEA)
S – Banana, toffee muller,
Syns for later, either wotsits (5.5) or a curly wurly (6) with highlights hot choc (2)
Total syns for the day will be max of 11
Exercise – Shred Level 2; day 1:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Thanks guys - lost 8 stone in 1 year but had a massive blow out last week so have been playing with the same few pounds....I feel very embarrassed that I had that amount to lose to begin with (and more) but nevermind, least I am trying
well done you :j that is fantastic!!cyclingyorkie wrote: »Seconded - that's amazing....

my last target was 12.5, i always had it in my head that i wanted to get to 11.12, for 2 reasons, to be in the 11s and that was a loss of 6 stone 3, so even if i put on the 3lbs leeway you are allowed, i would still have 6 stone off
so as i neared 12.5 i had a few STS and half pound unexplained gains, so i just set my target for 12.5, and once i did, with the pressure off, i got down to 11.12 in the 5 weeks that followed, so i had 5 free weeks at target :money:
then i had to pay for going below target for one week, then i lost the next weke to get me to 11.12, so free again, :money:
good luck with it all, remember you only have a half stone to loose, and you know...and WE know...you can and you will get there :ASome fantastic losses there guys well done :T:T

i am also on depo, have been for 17 years with a break of 2 years,
but i do think that even tho you dont get periods, that your body still "goes thru the motions" or changes inside every month,
recently, every 4th week i would have a gain of half pound for no reason, so that makes me think thats my body changing regardless of the depo:mad:
are you near target?0 -
Thanks guys - lost 8 stone in 1 year but had a massive blow out last week so have been playing with the same few pounds....I feel very embarrassed that I had that amount to lose to begin with (and more) but nevermind, least I am trying
dont be embarrassed, you have done fantastic :A
i know what you mean tho, i have lost over 6 stone in 11 months, but it wasnt until i past the 4 stone mark that i could even bring myself to set a target and admit to myself i need to loose over 6 stone,
in a year i have gone from 18.1 to 11.12, and tho i am still a bit heavy, with a BMI of 26.8, i am happy now to not loose anymore, i really want to keep this off,
if you never loose another pound, you have done so well, and should be so very proud of yourself:A0 -

CY - you've always been a support to me so I'm here to support you. Not that I'm doing so brilliantly myself at the moment but I'm hanging in there and hopefully, slow as it might be, will get there.Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -
Hubby did his weigh in this morning at home and he lost another 1.5 lbs making a total of 9.5 lbs in 4 weeks (today actually).
I go and do WI at Sw tonight so keep your fingers crossed. We have both stuck to plan 100% and not wavered at all.
I did a supermarket shop today and came out with a very healthy trolley heaving with fruit, veg, lean meats (steak, mince and pork) salad stuff, sugar free jellies, Quark, cottage cheese, Salmon steaks (half price;)) etc. Not a loaf of bread, biscuit or anything sweet to be seen!
They didn't have the Lemon Cheesecake & New York City Muller yoghurts I am currently raving about (1 syn and half a syn respectively) so I nipped to Morrisons for those and they're only £1.64 for 6!! That's half price.:j0 -
I had 5 slices of pizza last night from Dominos, today I feel horredous, almost hungover! Stomach ache, feel sick, dehydrated, I think my body had got used to all the healthiness and it definitely didn't like the pizza. Won't be doing that againSlimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0
