Hello (big wave!)
I started with big intentions and then went on holiday and it went a bit off track! So i will start again in the morning. I did however get lots of exercise including castleaerobics..... this involves running around welsh castles to keep up with a 6 year old who climbs up every turret there is. My thigh muscles are killing me!:rotfl:Sealed Pot Member 1269VSP... TO UPDATE!

I think there must be something wrong with me.... I've had no syns today? And I don't want any! Will use them tomorrow probably. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

i'm not in a good way today, yesterday i went to m&s to get measured for bras and she took me down a back size, in mse style i said ain't paying their prices for bras so went to george instead only to get home and realise I had picked up my old size in every single one
my legs were achy all day and i just felt really tired ...2 dvd's in 1 day again! so i went back to asda at 10pm to swap over bras and didn't get home until 1230!.....I fainted at the checkout! one minute i was stood there the next i was really hot and dizzy and there were loads of people round me!:o because i had driven there on my own and i didn't want to ring anyone to come and get me they made me sit there for nearly 2 hours in which time i was sick and sweating like a pig!!!
Finally got home and went to bed and was awake on and off all night now this morning every part of my body aches and my head feels like its going to explode! i hope its a bug and my dad isn't right ssaying i have pushed my body too far because its day 30 of my shred today and i will be gutted if i get to the last day and can't do it!SLIMMING WORLD 13/5/2012- 6lb loss total weight loss 5 stone 8lb

I think, and I know your not going to want to hear it but Dad might just be right. Take it easy today (who is going to know if you do day 30 of the shred a few days late?). We certainly won't tell Jillian!!
Take good care of yourself. x0 -

that sounds lovely! Have agood evening!
Is the recipe for the chicken on the sw site? I like the sound of it.
You know what, I pick up so many recipes from so many different places that I don't remember where they're from but here's the chicken which I've adapted from the original one I had -
Fried Chicken with Coconut Milk
8 chicken legs
4 chicken thighs
2 garlic cloves
2 sachets sweetener
2 tspns salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Frylight
2 small onions
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp curry powder
1 can coconut milk (the one I use is 67 cals per 100ml)
2 bay leaves
Sprinkle the chicken pieces (I skin the thighs but not the legs) with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Brown the chicken on all sides in Frylight in a large frying pan.
Remove from the pan.
Grind the onions and garlic together, using the fine knife of a food chopper.
Add these to the pan.
Add sweetener, lemon juice and curry powder.
Add some more Frylight if sticking and cook until the onion is tender.
Return the chicken to the pan.
Add the coconut milk and bay leaves and coat the chicken well.
Cover the pan and simmer for 30-40 mins.Mediterranean Mum

Do you have the slimming world books?
I don't need mine, I also have the new pack given just after Christmas and also a cook book, if you would like I will let you have them, I will send you them over if you give me your address ( private of course ) let me know.
I am GT but I also have all the books and several of the cookbooks as I joined when I was visiting my family in Scotland in February. I got the new back and bought several of the books. I also had a subscription to the magazine until last month but I'm hoping that one of my friends who still goes to the group that I joined is going to buy it for me and give it to my Mum to send over. Thanks anyway for your really kind offer.i'm not in a good way today, yesterday i went to m&s to get measured for bras and she took me down a back size, in mse style i said ain't paying their prices for bras so went to george instead only to get home and realise I had picked up my old size in every single onemy legs were achy all day and i just felt really tired ...2 dvd's in 1 day again! so i went back to asda at 10pm to swap over bras and didn't get home until 1230!.....I fainted at the checkout! one minute i was stood there the next i was really hot and dizzy and there were loads of people round me!:o because i had driven there on my own and i didn't want to ring anyone to come and get me they made me sit there for nearly 2 hours in which time i was sick and sweating like a pig!!!

Vicki hope you're feeling better today. It definitely sounds like a bug to me too. Get plenty of rest and drink lots of water to help flush out your system.Mediterranean Mum

I had such a great SW day yesterday despite being in the kitchen for a lot of it.
Today has been generally OK although I've had many more syns than I should have had so I'm going to try and cut down on the syns for the next few days to make up for it.
I'm just about to get on the dreadmill for the first exercise in a very long time. Thinking also of taking out a membership for the local pool so that I can alternate the walking with swimming. You can't just go in for one off visits, you actually have to join unfortunately.Mediterranean Mum
