So not a massive amount. Losses tend to be relatively slow nearer target I believe.

WI for me tonight, -2lb :) I expected a little more of a loss but happy with that. Now off on holiday tomorrow for a few days so wont make WI next week.........which is not a bad thing considering what I'm going to be indulging in!

Hope you all have a lovely long weekend!

well i put on a 1/2 lb this week, and normally i would be moping about it, but in reality i am actually quite happy lol!

i had a holiday day last thurs as my cousins came over from oz (havent seen them in 10+years) in tow with spouses and new children, so big feast - though i was rather good.

somewhere over the weekend it went slightly pear-shaped and by monday i was 12 st 10 3/4 lbs :o...however, i begrudgingly stepped on the scales tonight, expecting to see around 12st 8ish (what my scales said this morning) only to happily find that actually ive only put on a half pound!... or the way i like to think of it - a quarter of a bag of sugar! (makes me feel slightly better when i can visualise it)

so i stand here at 12st 6.5lb, weighing in 1/2lb heavier than 2 weeks ago, and very chuffed :)

is anyone doing anything nice for the jubilee weekend?
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

Day 3 of 'the new me' challenge and I can report a 3lb loss. I think it must be fluke and I so don't feel like I deserve it but I'm going to take it and run with it :rotfl:

I have some lovely things planned for my meals this week to keep me going, but do have a night out on Saturday. My first for a few months (since ex left me) so I'm going to let my hair down and start backwards with my 105 syns for the week tomorrow and if I use them all on Saturday I have my healthy sw meals to balance it all out over the rest of the week.

When I write that 105 syns seems loads, I know I can do this. I want 2 weeks of consecutive weight loss this week, something I haven't done for a while. I will try and report back with my syns total throughout the week

Wecome to all the newbies, pull up a seat on Dizzy's tank [miss her :(] and buckle up as its a bumpy ride :rotfl:

Big well done to all you losers, some really good losses there.

I have been in lurk mode recently as am completely knackered. Thank God it's the last day of term here, everybody is ready to drop.

I wi this morning with a lb loss [the one I gained last week :o] but feel it should have been more as clothes are very loose at the moment which isn't a good look.

Have a good Friday and long weekend all :A

It's the 1st of June and I've got my determined hat on! I went to the pharmacy today and weighed in - I'm sorry to say that I've put most of what I'd lost back on but I only have myself to blame because I have not followed plan for weeks.

Yes I know exactly how to do it and all the answers but for some pathetic reason I can't seem to apply it to myself.

I now have exactly two months until my surprise visit to my Mum for her 70th. Last time I saw her was February when I'd lost a stone and she said I looked great and must keep it up. I can't disappoint her because I know she worries about my weight so much.

B -vanilla FF yoghurt, chopped banana
    S - watermelon
L - tuna salad with dressing (2 syns)
S - 2 slices WM bread, humous, pastrama (4 syns)
D - bean & veg soup; coconut chicken, veg risotto, salad (4 syns)

hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j

Well done Lalamb, Fluff and Becks :D And good for you Med Mum for making that commitment- I'm sure your mum will be thrilled to see you and even more so if you've lost a bit of weight too. Good luck!

Walked in today- was a bit drizzly but too humid for a waterproof (didn't want to be any more of a sweaty mess getting into work!). OH is back today so we're going to see the Olympic torch after work (goes right past my work so we're being let out early!) then into town for a bit. Getting bus home but doubt I'll drink - can't be bothered to use the syns! Was a good reason to not bring the car though, when actually I just fancied walking - what's happened to me?!

Speaking of drinking, after reading some of the posts here about it I watched that Secret Eaters last night. Was pretty good, although the bits in between (e.g. the ice cream experiment etc) irritate me as they pretty much tell you what you already know but in a more patronising fashion, and I'd like to have seen the woman get weighed at the end, but enjoyed it nonetheless. The bit I was really interested in was the calories in alcohol - 230 in a pint?! I'll have to tell OH that - I'm not a big drinker but he likes his real ale, which I suspect is more as is usually stronger, and has a few pints every week. Doubt he'll listen but we can but try *sigh*

Anyway, EE again for me today:
B: Porridge (HEB), milk (HEA), banana
L: SW quiche, salad, dressing (0.5)
T: Thai red chicken curry and rice (1)
    S: Greek muller (0.5), French Fries (4.5), Freddo (5)

Have a great BH weekend everyone :D
