    Morning! (just)

Well done Getting There - great result!
    ^^ these are free lalamb

The coconut and chocolate ones are free but the Greek coconut and vanilla are 0.5

Had a lovely tea last night - jacket potato with 5g butter (2), stir fried veg and chicken and bacon salad (used some of a bag of sweet bistro salad from Sainsbury's - lamb's lettuce, chard and beetroot, was delicious) with BGTY honey and mustard dressing (0.5 per tbsp). Yummy and filling :) Rest of veg and bacon was used to make a quiche for lunch today. Hope it's nice as I'm not really in the mood for it now so I need it to convince me to eat it!! :rotfl:

    EE today:
B: Bran flakes (HEB), milk (HEA), banana
L: SW quiche, bistro salad, dressing (0.5)
T: Thai red chicken curry and rice (1.5)
S: Strawberries, Curly Wurly (6), Mullerlight

ETA: Just realised from writing this that I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer this morning, d'oh!

  • Woke up with a mood that resembles the weather.... Glum.

Was really tired yesterday afternoon & ended up in the kebab shop ordering a chicken kebab with salad (no pitta, no sauce) for tea. I guess it wasn't too bad but finishing of OHs & kids tastier kebab meat! & washing it down with 3 ciders wasn't great! Oppps ~never mind~ back on it today

    B: apple, strawberries, mullerlight
    L: pasta n sauce
    D: Jacket spud, fish/meat, veg
    S: mullerlights, fruit

My jeans do feel a bit loser today so I might weigh in tomorrow hoping to be under the 14st mark?

Have had to make an executive decision regarding the street party as I don't think anyone else was up for the responsibility resting on their shoulders and have cancelled it due to the miserable weather they have forecast on Sunday.
Have spent the morning reorganising it for the following weekend but it's left me feeling down.
Plus,we ran out of loo roll, a key broke in the door lock and my dog rolled himself through seagull poo..... It's just been one of those mornings!!!

Is the jury still out on mild cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce? Todays the first day I have had a real savoury craving. Haven't been missing bread as much as I thought I would either.
Well done to all the losers and chin up & battle on to anyone who's had a morning like mine xx

Sorry for going off topic but I need some advice asap

I bought 2 hair dyes yesterday, I have really long hair so that's why I buy 2. Anyway, just went to do it now, emptied the cream into the bottles but noticed the first bottle of cream had red in it at the very end of the tube if that makes sense, not at the beginning of the tube but the last couple of drops. I thought it was odd right away because I use this dye all the time. I thought perhaps they have changed it so I proceeded to mix the next lot but no red. I shook up both bottles and the one with red bits looked really strange, like when you make a cake mix but it curdles, if that makes sense! It was a completely different colour to the other bottle. I have put the good bottle on my head, could really do with the other bottle on it too, but scared. I think I shouldn't but who do I contact. I'm more concerned if it's a dodgy batch and it could harm someone.

I gave them a call. It's Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Colour.

They told me not to use it, took the batch number and they are either going to send me a replacement or a voucher. She was so nice and sounded surprised at what I told her so I don't know if it's a common problem or even if it's a problem at all. Glad I didn't use it though, always better to be safe than sorry.

Rinsed the other dye off my hair and it looks ok when it's wet, just hope there was enough to cover the greys! :rotfl:

Random questions- does anyone else go into work feeling like a packhorse because of the food they take in?! :o

This morning I had 4 Tupperware containers (containing cereal, quiche, salad and strawberries) along with a container of measured out milk, a yogurt and a banana- wasn't actually loads but looked it! Will have to try and take lighter stuff on the days that I walk, although the extra weight carried in a rucksack would burn more calories *ponders* ;)
