Hi there, can I join you?
I joined SW a year ago, and I've lost just over 2 stones. I know that lot's of people have lost loads more in less time. I've got a long way to go, and I'm really pleased to be 2 stone lighter, especially in this warm weather! :j
Lost 38.5 lb with SW so far, 56LB to go!:A

Do any of you shop regularly in Aldi? I decided last night as its the closest store to home, just needed to get just a few bits - top up of milk, fruit and veg etc. The satsumas are tasteless, the melon green inside, no Strawberries or Raspberries and the fat free strawberry yoghurts are actually 1 1/2 syns each (althoght they do taste very nice). Wish I'd gone to Morrisons now.

Need to do some meal planning for our holiday next week, anything healthy but quick and easy. :)

I use Aldi every week & have never had any problems with their fruit & veg.

Hi mymamma. Welcome to the thread :)

    Well done Becks :D

    Great loss Pennylane :j

Great loss mymamma :j Keep going!

PS27~ I use Aldi regularily.I like their fruit and veg & you just cant beat the prices especially the super 6.You do have to use them fairly quickly.
Where I live there is only Sainsbury's and though they are good they are too expensive for me to do my main shop there on a regular basis.

    Good evening

Just popping in to say hello.....I am still here but really busy this week so not had much chance to come in and chat. Well done all the losers btw!

I am amazed at the difference of cutting back on the fruit has done for me this week. I bought a pair of 16 chino cropped trousers a about a month ago and they were pretty tight. Tried them on this morning and they are literally sagging around the bum and no longer tight at all....... So today I went out clothes shopping for a few tops and dresses for our mini holiday next week. I decided to try on a pair of the same trousers in a size 14 and they fit :j:j:j I couldn't believe it!! I spent a fortune today on clothes, some 14s and some 16s......I know it's silly buying clothes when I'm losing weight but I was in desperate need for some new things. Anyway, some of the tops can be worn loose if I have to, same for one of the dresses.

WI tomorrow night and for once I am looking forward to it. :)

    Food diary today

B-Mullerlight and a small handful of blueberries
L-sadly skipped lunch(naughty I know and that's a first for me since starting sw......I just didn't have time) so when I got in I had another mullerlight!
Dinner was supposed to be a chicken stir fry with beansprouts, broccoli, spring onions, peppers etc but I forgot to take chicken breast out of the freezer........silly me! So ended up with vegetable stir fry which was delicious.
    A coconut muller (1syn) and a satsuma

Surprisingly I'm full, I'm sure drinking green tea is suppressing my appetite? Not complaining because I love the stuff, could drink it all day long!
