Why don't you try not even having that stuff in the house? If it's not there you can't eat it.;) We have not had any bread, biscuits, crisps since last Wed and have not craved them once as there are none in the house. We have son coming home for the weekend and he's in for a shock but if he wants it - there are shops just down the road!!:rotfl:

i avoid the chocolate, cake, crisps and booze aisles as much as possible. i find if i don't buy it i don't want it and the thought of getting ready, walking to the shop and paying nearly £1 for a dairy milk as they are so expensive now usually always makes the craving go away.

they say in supermarkets, all the healthy stuff is spread around all around the outer edges, its the stuff on the shelves in the middle that is usually high calorie/fat/sugar or very processed. they hope that because you have to walk to so far to get all your fresh basics, you will be walking past the chocolate, know you are at the chocolate aisle and won't be able to resist a look. they do this in my morrisons. if you walk around the outside it has the fresh fish when you get through the door, fresh fruit/veg, bakery, butcher and fresh meat then deli counter and yogurts all on your left hand side. following that takes you all around the whole store, and then deposits you in the booze section!

    WOW - well done gettingthere!

    Green again for me today.

    Breakfast
25g Food doctor porridge (4.5 syns) served with 30g dorset cereals muesli (HEB friendly) , fresh strawberries, blueberries

Lunch: Weight Watchers Sweet chilli chicken ready meal (3 syns)
Served with some leftover sw chips

    Tea:
SW chips, pepper and egg bake

    Second HEB - not sure

This may interest some of you, I just found this on the grabbit board and ordered 1, actually thinking of ordering another because I have so many jars!

Brilliant if you are always using herbs and spices like me but haven't got one of these yet. I've been looking for ages for a decent one but they are always so expensive. I've been using a a small storage box for all mine, not practical at all.

Not been around much as have sts for about 4 weeks now. Really lost heart with it all at the weekend and went totally off plan - and still sts which annoyed me even more - at least if i'd have put some on I'd have felt the plan was worth sticking too!

However last couple of days I have regained my mojo so roll on WI and I am determined to have shifted at least 1lb

    green day today

    B - Milk and HEA and B
    L - pasta, spinach, pesto (3 syns)
D - pork (HEB) satay (tiny bit of peanut sauce, maybe 2), sesame noodles (2) and green mango slaw
S - carrot sticks, banana, muller light
People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

Wow, that's amazing gettingthere! Well done.

    Welcome to our new folk.

Had a good day yesterday, hoping for the same today. Weighed this morning and my 2 days in hospital haven't done too much damage, sitting on 9st10 exactly. I graduate 3 weeks today and would like to be 9st7 by then.
