    Very well done. :A
I had a ww chicken hotpot for lunch .... never again!
It was awful, no wonder it's 4.5 syns, there aint enough to feed a baby. It's the biggest waste of money and I for one will not be buying anymore, yuk! :D

ooh i couldnt disagree more - i love them. I forgot to include the bag of steam veggies i had with mine as well which helped bulk it up slightly

Had a lazy day today but picked up a PM at work for some extra pennies.

    Foodwise... I'm green as normal
    A for milk
    Coffee
    1 x Weetabix (1/2B), apple, yoghurt, tea
    Coffee
Missed lunch as late breakfast and early dinner!
Pasta with cheese(A) and bacon (B)

No syns so far but i'm sure that will change!

I'm with you on this one RFD - I love the WW chicken hotpot but I rarely eat them now as I grudge the syns. My DD and I quite often used to share one and mix it with pasta and cooked veggies.

    L. Ham & pached egg salad with lf caeser dressing 2 syns

    D. Rice, bacon & veg

    S. 2 curlywurlys 12 syns

    Total syns 14.

  • I have people coming for dinner tonight and have made a totally SW-friendly meal -

Caldo Verde (from the EE meals in mins book) - I've made this soup several times now and it's yummy
    Chicken in Coconut Milk
    Rice and Vegetable Cake
    Beetroot Salad
    Israeli Vegetable Salad
    Fruit Salad

I'm not even giving them an option of a heavy dessert and to be honest I don't think they'll want it after all the food of the main course.

The only syns are in the chicken dish and I think it's something like one or two syns per portion.

Apart from that I've had a perfect day despite standing in the kitchen cooking. I've had 8 syns and if I add for the chicken then I'm within limits. I don't drink so don't need to save syns for wine.

Tonight I made a huge SW quiche. Grated potatoes on base and cooked until golden. Eggs, cottage cheese, S & P, roasted red peppers, bacon and onions, bit of parsley. We like it when it's completely cold and the flavours really come out.

My neighbour popped round just as I was taking it out of the oven and she was well impressed. I didn't tell her I'm back on SW - I'm just waiting to see if she notices I've lost weight. She's always dieting but she's one of those who thinks you have to go all day on a lettuce leaf, black coffee and an apple.

We had SW chips with that and a big salad. I shook the saucepan a bit too vigorously after par-boiling the chips and they went a bit mushy but I stuck them in the oven and they were fine in the end.

Dessert was a big fresh fruit salad and fat free yoghourt on top.
